Went to the dealership at noon, and met Nathan Rodriguez (Internet Leader), and was introduced to Dallas Humphries (Product Specialist), who became my salesperson. He got all of my information, sent it through with my requests and intended trade in (2002 Jeep Liberty) and down-payment. In a few hours (with a score below the desired number), I was approved for a 2020 Nissan Murano...Dallas was super informative, honest and friendly through the whole process. I even met Kinsley Legere (Service Advisor)...The whole staff really made me feel relaxed and not pressured. Recommended!

If anyone’s thinking about buying a car from Nissan in Lake City or any rountree dealer just steer clear. I have purchased vehicles from langdale Honda in Georgia and Honda in Jacksonville and never had any issues. But my experience with Nissan has been a roller coaster. I purchased my 2019 accord June of 2022 so it’s been a year and 4 months since. About two months ago I noticed the paint on the roof of my car pealing to the metal and rusting so I immediately contacted Nissan to see why it’s pealing already and the GM told me that the previous staff that sold me the car no longer works there and he’s sorry for my experience. So I say ok what can we do. And long story short they try to put me into another car with a payment way out of my financial reach and the sales woman I dealt with was very rude and not listening to me. So I thank them for their time , I let a couple days go by and reach back out and come to find out the GM quit and now they are getting a new GM. So some time goes by and I talk to the new GM and same story he wants to help me but we can’t seem to get anywhere. I ask if they could just buy my car back without getting into something new and the sales guy says well the 18,500 we offered would go down to 15k since ur not buying anything. I automatically say I don’t think we will get anywhere unfortunately and I will not be buying from rountree ever again. Mind you I grew up in lake city and my parents have worked at some of the dealerships in lake city and they always refused to buy from rountree but I decided to give them a try since it’s the closest dealerships to my home well worst decision ever so if your thinking on doing business with any rountree dealer don’t. Just drive the extra hour or two and go somewhere you can trust.

I took my ‘98 frontier in a couple of months ago for an ac job. I had to take it there because it required a special tool. When I got it back, it made weird noises at idle. I took it to my guy because it was overheating. Turns out when they repaired my truck they had a plastic piece on the radiator put back on wrong. This caused my fan to not be able to turn and therefore making it overheat. When he put it back on right, it all worked fine and the ac stopped making the noise. He also said that this dealership charged me double what they should have. I’m glad that I have my own guy.

Went in for the usual maintenance. Service agent tells me I need new 'tie rods' which will cost $1600 dollars. Shock and did not expect to hear. I been around a while (age) and I have personally replaced tie rods (twice).... and both times was due to an auto wreck. My vehicle has 70,000 miles on it. No way this car needs new tie rods. This smells like I am being tricked to spend much more than needed. SO I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. Oh, and no discount offered!

Went here to get a vehicle diagnostics. Drop car off they said it would be a few hours before they would know what's wrong with it. I come back a few hours later for them to tell me that they think they know what's wrong with it it will cost $4,000 but they're not sure if it would fix it. I have never been to such a dishonest place trying to take advantage of consumers trying to get their car fixed. Not to mention it was $159 when we drop the car off and when we went to pay it jump up to $217....... These people just sit back and rip off unsuspected and uneducated about vehicles customers. All the dealerships in lake City Florida are in cahoots together and a rip off. The only thing wrong with the car was the steering wheel position sensor which cost $120. So we went from $4000 to maybe $300 for parts and labor.

Kinsley was very sweet and got me in and was very sweet when checking me out at the end as well, it was a much faster visit than I expected from my experience with other dealerships, will definitely be returning for future maintenance work!

My mother has been a little confused for a while she has actually got Lost a few times coming home from town. She is very easily confused.she went in to get her truck serviced. When she got there they talked her in to trading her truck for a truck with a double the mileage she had a four-door half paid for they put her in a two door took her payments up to $705 a month. She only gets 800 a month on a fixed income. She said that she kept telling the salesman she could not Pay that much but he kept telling her she could that the gas she would save in the little truck would pay for itself. She Called me after she left a lot crying telling me what happened I told her to take the truck back they would not even talk to her. All the people that were so nice would not even acknowledge that she was on the lot. On top of that the truck is junk will not start half the time windows will not work except when they want to. My stepfather has health issues and has had to be rushed to the hospital she has had to wake her neighbor at 2 AM to borrow a vehicle to get him to the hospital. These people are very unethical!!!!

It was like dealing with good friends, everything was smooth, professional and friendly. The facility is clean and well kept. We feel we have gotten a great vehicle, we also got some great new friends. Salesman: G Cabreia, General Manager: Sam, Finance Manager: Trey McCray, App Assistant: Monet Smith and the Regional Manager: Dan Shelley was there and I got to speek with him also. (what a impressive, professional group of people).

Well it's a decent dealership I got a good car there which I'm still enjoying a little expensive but I enjoy the extended warranty and the perks that go with that the service center is very slow most of the time they do a good job can they give free car washes however they had to fix a problem one time that the car washers caused to my car but they did I'm very grateful that they were able to do that. I don't know what the problem is but there are a lot of changes in their service department and it's made it very very slow just to get an oil change but I appreciate what they do for me that is great

IF IT WERE POSSIBLE TO GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! Where to begin? My husband and I have purchased many cars from various dealers around the area and I can say I have NEVER experienced something like this. From the second we walked on to the lot we were passed Around like a hot potato as soon as someone would start they would pass us to the next not even letting us look at a single car. They immediately wanted to run credit and start paperwork before we even knew if there was a vehicle we wanted. On multiple occasions we would start to walk out to atleast LOOK at a vehicle and we would get sat back down to process MORE paperwork. We had the displeasure of working with a closer named Phil from the beginning his tone and attitude was something I wouldn't send my worst enemy too. We were told if we followed specific steps we would be into a vehicle day of after follow steps exactly we were still told there was more that needed to be done. We needed a co signer Phil insisted that our co-signer be the leader on the paper work and put it all in his name after saying no MULTIPLE times he did it anyway without our knowledge!! Then we were also told by Phil that we could leave a personal check for the down payment to be run so we did! A week later we get a call that the check wouldn't work because it CANT be a personal check (even though that is what we were told) and we would have to give our debit number OVER THE PHONE while they still held on to our check. Obviously my husband and I said absolutely not so we had to make another HOUR TRIP back out to the dealership so we could give them cash and take back our check. There is ALOT more that I could say about this experience and none of it is good but those are just the key points.

Went in for the first oil & filter change along with tire rotation. Dealer took me home and picked me up when my vehicle was ready, eliminating the wait on site. Services performed competently at a fair price.

As always, Miss Lynette made the experience feel wonderful. She always makes you feel very welcomed and doesn’t pressure you in to buying things. Only to tell you at the end of your service, that she makes more than an RN based on commission sales alone (that happened to me once). I really loved the video that was sent of the inspection of my vehicle.
