As much as I have used this gas station, this is my first review as I don't normally do this... but I HATE being lied to, especially for absolutely no reason... No... Ma'am, you were not just trying to fix the toilet paper dispenser, and I interrupted asking to use the restroom. I had been outside for a few mins before walking in watching you and your coworker talking, not doing anything... which was fine as there was no one in the store but don't lie to customers for no reason that's just messed up... have some decency and respect.

I go to Shell station for my gas all the time. This gas station always greeted me with a smile and conversation. The midnight shift in beginning shift are amazing with dealing with people. I would like to make known that just a few that needs great appreciation. Jada and Yvonne.

I gotta love going to shell for gas, because shell is one of the only brands that I can pay online at the pump rather than putting my card in the pump and having them hold a gigantic amount of money in my account or taking the money out of my account for however long. I have never had a problem with the shell app. And then going inside and talking with the customer service employees is always nice there always have a clean and well-stocked store the bathrooms are clean and stocked as well

Not good last time I was here they had a non EMPLOYEE sitting behind REGISTERS eating no shoes the manager was more worried about talking to that person instead of focusing on customers
