Worst customer services with these people that too overMean looking old woman ,attitude sucks ,and don't have a friendly customer service, I went in store sunday 30th at about 5:30 pm .to do business ,I went to scratch my scratch off .She said her machine wasn't cashing out,.I went to look if they had an item.But turned to see her speaking to another workerWho look at me as if they were discussing methods poor customers should not be treated as if everyone who is black is an down cast

I frequent this store daily, and today when I went in with four dollars in change, I was informed that they don't take that much loose change and that I need to roll it or take my business elsewhere. How the heck am I suppose to roll FOUR DOLLARS, when ninety percent of it is freaking QUARTERS!? Worst service that I've had at this store. ????

I come in this store multiple times a day mostly before noon.id say 95% of the time I come in it's always only one young lady with dirty blonde hair and pretty eye makeup I think her name is laila at the counter taking guests.the majority of the time especially early in the a.m. before 10a.m. she is always by Herself and very busy and I know it's other people supposed to be there w herShe usually handles it well by herself but that is a lot for one person to deal with. There is no I in team.. TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORk.get this young lady a raise and some help.
