Talk about service. The ladies working here are great. I had Cheyane. She knew exactly what was wrong with my phone in two seconds flat. It was me. I told her the problem, she showed me where I was messing up, and made me feel good about being computer illiterate. I recommend this store to everyone.

I am quite disappointed with the level of service at this location. I walked in specified exactly the product I needed to some young blue haired employee. The employee says okay and asked me for account verification information. I go through all the steps to get verified that I'm an authorized user on the company account and then she proceeds to try to tell me about the hot spots. I explained to her. I need a very specific model number in order to accomplish my work while on the road. After spending time wasted verifying account information, she tells me the model that I originally asked for. The second I walked into the store was not available. I then ask her. Is there a way for her to take a look and see if the other stores have this particular model so I don't have to waste my time going store to store asking the same question over and over. She states no I can't do that. I then asked there's no way she says I have no way to see what another store's inventory is. I then asked her. Can she call the nearest store and see? She says no she can't call either. There's nothing she can do to help me. Sadly, this day and age is filled with people who just don't give a s*** and have completely failed to understand what customer service is all about. It will be my recommendation to our company that we switch from T-Mobile to another carrier that actually does care about its customer. I would avoid this location at all costs and if the manager of this store actually reads this note, then it would be advisable to retrain your blue-haired employees on how to win a customer's loyalty through service.

This location is terribly unhelpful. I’m traveling for a funeral and needed a hotspot so my husband and I could do our work on the road. We waited for the store to open and was coldly greeted by a blue haired young lady. My husband started to explain hotspot model that he needed and she wasted his time with verifying his account to then inform him that they did not carry the model.Why didn’t she say that in the first place? He asked her if they can check if surrounding store had what we were looking for and she just said. “No I can’t see other stores inventory “. Fair enough. So we asked if she could call a store nearby and find out if we can go to another T-Mobile. She flat out said that she couldn’t do that either?! She said she COULD NOT CALL another store to find a product a customer needed. So she is unwilling and incapable of basic customer service at its lowest standard. She completely wasted our time and we’re are now wasting travel time and work time trying to find what we need

I recently went into T-Mobile in Lake City Florida spoke to Mr Deon AlstonThis gentleman took care of my needs, and was very personable and customer oriented. He answered all my questions, and I was in and out in no time. Thank you so much, Mr. Alston and thank you T-Mobile for hiring this young man he’s a great addition to your store

I never waste my time going to this useless kiosk store anymore.. This store never even tries to resolve anything! This store seems useless waste.. I wind-up driving to gainesville or Jacksonville and they normally have the problems resolved in 10-30 mins.

I was lied to and ripped off. Same scam I have read they pulled in others. I was told that I had to buy accessories to get the free phone. There were several other issues with thus store. Not a corporate store. Manager and assistant manager are dishonest. I am happy to say T mobile took care of everything they could.

The customer service is horrible.The manager has short man syndrome with serious bad breath. I tried to return an item within the two weeks. They told me I needed to call customer service. I live 25 miles one way from the tmobile store. Came home and called customer service. They said no the store needs to take,go back to the store the manager refused to take it back. A wonderful customer service agent name Chelsea finally assisted me.
