Horrible bank to do business with. Had not opened a bank account locally yet and was shopping around. A friend gave me a check drawn on TD BANK and I went there to cash it with all the proper identifications and they told me I had to pay a $10 fee because I did not have an account with TD BANK. I would never open a bank account with TD Bank and I have also talked to my friend about moving her account to a bank that offers better customer service than that. That's ridiculous to charge a $10 fee to cash a check drawn on their bank.

Horrible customer service. Won't allow me to change my number. Telling me to write a letter to the bank before they will change my number. Locked out if my account. Rude and disrespectful. Going to another bank. Do not go to this bank.

This branch was supposed to close out my TD overdraft protection account for my personnel checking in February 2021. The TD overdraft checking cost $25.00 annually.I received billing for the overdraft protection via regular mail once a year. You have to cut a coupon from the billing statement and take it to the bank and pay.However, when you pay it does not compute any interest that you may have accrued on the $25.00 charge during the billing period.In 2020 my credit score was dinged 15 points by TD Bank because I owed 0.98 cents in interest on the overdraft loan.When I called to complain I was told I had to visit my local branch and they would fill out the paperwork to cancel my TD overdraft protection account.I went into the Lake City US 90 branch in February 2021 and filled out the paperwork with a TD customer service representative and she indicated that my overdraft account was now closed and would not incur any future charges.Today, April 29. 2021, I was changing my mailing address with TD Bank online customer support and they told me I had an active overdraft account and I needed to talk with the TD loan department and let them know I was changing my address.I have been trying to cancel this overdraft protection account now for two years and now I was told I must go to the nearest TD Branch (20 miles away) and fill out a request to close out the overdraft protection. The other option is to find someone with a fax machine and fax TD Bank the request to close out the overdraft account.Totally inept morons are handling my account.
