As a matter of fact Jake Hartley did wonderful job in giving info about the different mattresses that the company sells. he was very friendly and very helpful. I was please with his salesmanship. I had a great experience shopping here. I was told about the different options and was able to choose the best one. I was told about the financing options and was able to pick the best one for me. Then when my mattress was delivered it came in great packaging and the delivery people were friendly and put it on my bed frame and left all within 5 minutes. Just a wonderful experience!

We had such a wonderful time with Hunter! He was very knowledgeable and caring that the bed and adjustable feature for lack of a better word would fit in the 4 Poster Bed my sister's late husband had built. You truly have a remarkable employee and we will be recommending our friends to go see him!

Jake took care of my needs and did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable and polite. Jake listened to my needs and was able to offer me a solution for myself and my wife. In addition my order is a special order regarding the size of the mattress. I need an RV mattress which is a short Queen. Jake ensured the special order would be made and he would follow up. In addition I always try to use local vendors when I can. I recommend this business which has several locations in the Lake City Florida area over the National Chains.

Jake was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. We had not bought a new bed in almost twenty years, and really appreciated the time he spent explaining things. He was not at all pushy, even when we told him we needed more time to research and talk it over. Of course, we came back - found the prices at Morrell’s to actually be lower than the chain stores. And we feel good about supporting local businesses, as well as a business started by a still living, nearly 100 year old veteran. Can’t wait for our new bed to arrive - did I mention free delivery?
