I had a package out for delivery today from Amazon and it still says out for delivery. I understand that today is labor day and the post office is closed but they should still send someone out to deliver the package if it says out for delivery today and not tomorrow. Because this screws up the delivery with Amazon, thinking the package is still out for delivery and the customer is waiting on it.

Gary at the office is pleasant and trying to figure out why only some of my mail is making it to my mail box. Still not receiving all my mail, after going on a month at this point.
If you have Linda as your postwoman, good luck. She will mark items as undeliverable , throw it at the end of the road , chew you out if you make a complaint about not receiving your mail.
At this point, I might start having everything sent to my parents in another town, so I can make sure I receive all of my mail.

I have informed delivery, so I receive daily emails from USPS with images of all the expected mail pieces that are going to be delivered for that day. I reported not receiving a mail piece yesterday, which was a very important item, a check. It seems my mail has been lost by the post office and nobody will answer the phone.

Losers. Have had my package for 2 weeks. Says can't access location. Odd cause I'm getting my neighbors packages from USPS but not mine. Call several times. No one answers. Not the first or 5th time I have had issues with these lazy f's They all need fired and replaced.

Have been calling their direct line at the Lake city office (as directed by the national center) for several days. No one ever answers. Wonder who’s doing their job here. I actually got fired from my own job today, because my laptop never got delivered and no one is answering at the local office to help me.

Postal carrier loves to not deliver packages. She also fills out the redelivery form to where you cannot request a redelivery. If it won't fit in the mailbox she is too lazy to deliver.

For one I don’t want to talk to a robot when it comes to dealing with my mail or packages I’d like to talk to an actual human and for two for a place that is supposed to close at 5 when I get off at 4:30 and I arrive at the post office at 4:46 and there’s no one there to help with a problem really sucks and is very disappointing, very highly irritated especially when my package was supposed to be here two days ago when I paid for the extra shipping to get it sooner and then have to wait an extra two days just to be told it can’t be delivered. If I could give zero stars I would the post office has failed customer service and customer support.
