Went there yesterday October 11, 2025 around 5:50 PM and there’s this lady who wears glasses probably in her 50’s or 60’s with curly blonde hair and wearing glasses who was rude and mean. Injust wanted to ask if I can have my passport photo reprinted in their store when in fact it was also taken in there! I just wanted the digital copy they sent me to be reprinted. But she was like; “No! You gotta do it all over again!” Why on earth would I pay another insane amount for my photo to be taken again when I already have one from your store that also took! Crazy opportunistic staff. 🤦♂️ Like, lady if you hate your job don’t work in retail or customer relations. 🤦♂️

I was very disappointed that none of the discount codes on the Walgreens Rx Savings Finder or Singlecare would go through. Why offer this service if you won't honor the discounts on your own app? Felt a little like 'bait & switch' Really disappointing.

Basic drug store. All of their pharmacists are licensed as opposed to a street corner drug dealer who basically is an unlicensed pharmacist.

My father, brother, and myself are all diabetics. We have each had the following experience, and only found out through discussion about our shared frustration:
We have each gone to fill an insulin prescription and had Walgreens hand us a stapled bag without saying a word. We open it up to find that the prescription is incomplete (for example, 6 vials of insulin when the prescription is for 10). When we ask, the pharmacist tells us that that's all they have and that we can pick up the remaining vials as soon as they have them in stock, no problem! (It's always the same breezy answer, and it's always presented like this is no big deal and an easy situation)
However, when we go back later to get the remaining vials, we are told that they have already billed the insurance company for the number of vials we took, and that they can in no way fulfill the remainder of the prescription, and that all we can do is wait out the term of the prescription with the medication we have. In other words, make 6 vials last the length of time we need 10 vials for.
Type 1 Diabetes doesn't work like that. Insulin is needed TO LIVE. Yet, each time they have told us there is nothing that can be done and we simply have to make it work on our end. They refuse to address or respond to questions about why their staff told us we could fill the remainder later, simply repeating that there is nothing they can do.
This has happened at least three times, and every single time we are given the same story up front, and the same excuse at the end. In other words, they knowingly lied when they told us we could fill the remainder, and they refuse to take any responsibility on the back end.
If there were any justice in the world, Walgreens would be held legally responsible for this kind of deceit, especially regarding a medication that is necessary to live.
Avoid Walgreens, and especially avoid this Lake City location. They are liars and crooks, and they are playing dangerous games with people's lives.

Two people working. One in the front taking a passport photo and one hiding in the back. Frustrating when you’re expecting a quick stop.

I don’t expect them to be perfect. I just wish the staff didn’t seem like they were always overworked or tired of being there. The facility is normally fairly clean. Things are restocked well and facing front.

The main reason I’m giving 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ stars is because of the pharmacist Albert. He is hands down one of the best pharmacists out there and truly cares. We need more of that in this world. I wish I knew everyone’s names but there’s some great techs here as well. I too am a pharmacy tech so I understand the demand. Thank u all

Lake City Walgreens Pharmacy is the absolute WORST pharmacy around!! Every single employee in that place lacks serious customer service skills!! The cashier was yelling at and arguing with a customer. I’ve never in my life seen such an awful set of employees! They all should be fired!!!

I’ve been to other Walgreens and they’re OK but Lake City Walgreens is the worst place when it comes to the Pharmacy. I literally waited 25 minutes on the phone and then drove down there just for them to tell me, they didn’t have my prescription in stock. I mean, if you don’t have it, you don’t have it but why do I need to wait 20 freaking minutes for that?
