0 stars! Just had the worst experience at a pharmacy EVER and will be transferring my scripts away because of one tech there. She was inpatient and rude with the elderly man before me including ripping his card out of his hand and raising her voice at him, so I approached her with extra kindness with my issue as I knew it was unusual. She constantly cut me off and said that it was my doctor's fault that my scripts were being sent to a walgreens 150 miles away. The doctor doesn't even know I lived there so there's no way that's possible and all the scripts were originally filled at the Lake City walgreens on 90 but the auto refills were sent to Ocala where I haven't lived for 3 years. She said I had to call them. Called them and they said that it's Lake City walgreen's fault. I don't know who to believe other than I am 100% certain it's not my doctor because I just got off the phone with the doctor's office and they confirmed that my scripts go to Lake City walgreens on 90. Walgreens isn't worth the headache and I won't use them again. Your techs need to be trained to listen to customers rather than cut them off. She wasn't even trying to be helpful. I won't be recommending walgreens to any of my clients either. She shouldn't be working with clients if she can't even smile let one listen to the concerns of a customer.

If you want to waste 1/2 hour of your time then get your prescriptions from Lake City Walgreens! I have waited as long as 45 minutes and test my prescription was ready I had done a drop of the prior day and was just picking up. There were 4 cars in front of me and I have been here 20 minutes and just moved two cars up. I have tried going in and that is even longer. This would be a great place to have a drugstore I'm going to CVS and IDC if they are higher in price my time is valuable too.

Normally, we are greeted with a smile. It was not busy in the pharmacy either. Peter could smile and say hello. ? Soft skills are a must in my business.

Haven't gone in many months,Not very friendly staff. I pointed out a discolored disgusting looking jar of red pasta sauce that clearly was spoiled. It even looked greenish and grey. I showed the girl with glasses and blue hair. She looked very annoyed like I was bothering her. She asked if I looked at the expiration date. I said what does it matter. Spaghetti sauce is supposed to be very red. She took a look at the expiration date and said it's not expired, then put it back on the shelf. Then walked away saying she'll look into it later. Are you kidding me?Who hires these people?Waited like 5 minutes at the register too.I will also mention she made a face and rolled her eyes at me. Prices are very high here also for groceries but there's a selection.

Horrible store, everything is constantly messed up. Extreme slow service and rude people working there as well. If your moving here, don't even bother to use this place.

Took 1 and half hours to get eye drops from pharmacy. Ask pharmacist a question and drive through cashier rudely interrupted me. I will never use them again.

I went to pick up my order and the Walgreens system kept showing that I didn't pay online. Showed the manager my Walgreens app with the receipt showing that I paid through PayPal and also showed my PayPal account that Walgreens was paid. Manager kept saying that she can't give me my products because then I would be getting products for free. I asked how would I get products for free if I'm showing you to receipts. She kept talking about me paying again or canceling my order but I wasn't doing that because it wasn't my fault. She thought that I was going to be ok with leaving without my products and disputing the charge, but I told her no and they were going to figure it out and they did.

Today I pulled my prescriptions and cut my Walgreens loyalty card in half. The pharmacy is atrocious and mgmt is not reactive to the stores issues. The drive through experience is a nightmare and inside checkout is not much better. Thank goodness there's much better pharmacies in town. As soon as I changed pharmacies I felt my blood pressure go down. Update: Moved to Cheek and Scott Pharmacy. I highly recommend this pharmacy. NO issues. Fast, courteous service!

Absolutely the worst. They are so disorganized. The pharmacy can't get anything right. You call and talk to someone and it's a different story when you get down there.

Lake City, Fl Walgreens is a joke. Had a Covid test set up for drive thru per appointment. I waited 30 min in line outside in my car, person in the drive thru said oh..you have to come inside for that... Waiting another 15 min inside with no one attending to me. Told to have a seat and be right with you. What is the point if making an appointment?

First of all could not get help in the battery department. Finally decided on choice. At the register I asked 3 times for my receipt, which I needed to get myomey back from someone else bought I for on my lunch break others waiting to go lunch in car. They handed me my batteries and what I thought was reciept with my change. I thanked her left. Got in car handed it to lady in wheel chair bought it for. I'm driving so off to lunch . Turned out to be a coupon. Ok park again go back in quick to politely wait in line again to ask to get reciept . The girl now counting down her register probably to go to lunch says no . I was told they couldn't get it because it was digital. I said no I need it to be paid back. I can hand write it but it's digital. Well she sent me to manager, Tricha. Who is worst one. With bad attitude. So asked if she was manager then waited in line she asked me over them what was going on so told her I asked for a receipt what happened. She also said it was digital.i said can I return this then . Ballsy attitude said you don't need this now. I said no not with out receipt to be paid back. She said I can print you one in back but I have now 2 people in line you have to wait. Fine! Then asked the one who is supposedly new to print it up in back. Ok whatever, she is the one that said I can only hand write u one. So wait forever. Manager goes in the back to check on it after ringing up three people to come back out with nothing in her hand to say she'll be done in a minute. waiting another 15 minutes the girl finally comes back out and hands me a receipt. No lunch for me on break today or anybody else thank you Walgreens never ever will I step foot in this door again

Dangerous pharmacy personnel. Eye surgery tomorrow!!!! and they input RX - 1 refill 1 eye - should have been 2 refills 2 eyes. They refused to correct their error and refused to fix due to staffing shortage. Scary as hell - no consideration for patients, (cataract surgery) and NO antibiotics - 3 days and no antibiotics. NO consideration for elderly patients welfare. Very sad ? My mother had an eye infection due to lack of concern and staffing unable and/or unwilling to fix their mistakes. My mother is a senior and is required by Humana to get her prescriptions filled otherwise a larger co-pay!! Complaints need tobe made and another pharmacy should be chose immediately to fill senior patients needs. It is endangering patients!!!

People of color please be careful shopping in this store in Lake City, Florida! My mother and I were in this location to get a prescription and decided to shop for items. At the checkout counter there was a sign that said "Wait here until an employee has checked out a previous customer." While we waited in line a customer(lady) walked around us, passed the sign and stood in front of the register. An employee from the back came to the register and proceeded to check out this customer. I told the employee that we were in line and was skipped. The employee(lady) said, "She has two items, let me check her out." I told the employee again that the sign said to wait at this point until an employee calls you to the register. The employee said again "She has two items, let me check her out, I am sorry." The employee scanned the customers items and the customer exited the store. As we were leaving the store we told the employee that we had not experienced this type of treatment in years. Racism was obvious. I will not shop in this store again. Some employees are biased against people of color.

Y’all need to learn what customer service is. It’s takes way too long going to and from to drop off or pick up my item at the pharmacy. I also shouldn’t have to circle around and get back in line because there is a wait on the pharmacist when I turned in prescription a day earlier. The other customers should wait the same way I did. It shouldn’t take 15 and 20 minutes. I’ve been coming to y’all for years. This hasn’t been happening so whoever is over the system needs to take peoples time into consideration.
