If I could give negative stars, I would. This is by far the WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life. Every single time I come here, there is an issue. We have Tricare, every time I go to pick up a medication I’m told “Oh there was an issue with the insurance, but it’s fixed now it’ll be an hour to an hour and a half”. How is this an issue that magically gets fixed every time I pull up? This is always after I wait at least 30 min in line. Tonight I made my second trip to pick up my prescriptions. Only one was pulled and ready. I ask for the other “oh it wasn’t pulled or filled. It’ll be another 30 minutes is that ok”. No, it’s not but I need it so I guess I will make a THIRD trip for my medications. This pharmacy is clearly poorly run and managed, and the staff is clearly lacking the basic training they need to be able to do their jobs. I’ve used Walgreens throughout the country. This is by far the worst Walgreens I’ve dealt with. So no, it is not a system error, it is a user error. DO BETTER.

Drive thru experience is always frustrating. Long waits, 15 minutes is fast. Today I started 7th in line, took 30 minutes to get to the window. Only one lane is used for pickup. The other is drop off only, I don't know if you can use it since the intercom doesn't work The outside of the drive thru is dirty. You have to yell thru the delivery drawer because the intercom hasn't worked in over two years.

The worest customer service ever. You can never reach them by phone, they will literally put you on hold for what seems like forever. Will never go again!

Honestly, if I could give a negative stars I would. Horrible experience every SINGLE time I try to get my prescriptions. They say it will be ready at a certain time , and then the time changes the drive through line is always backed up , inside line all the way to the photo area . I had pneumonia and waited 7 hours for antibiotics. Now I am waiting on antidepressants that was put in 3 days ago. Horrible. And to even switch my prescriptions, I have to call the pharmacy ( which is another 20 minutes on hold) to have those rejects switch my prescriptions. Absolute circus show there. PLEASE DO NOT EVER FILL A SCRIPT HERE

They gave my blood pressure medication to someone else and I have picked up other person who had my same name and brought it back to them well who ever got mine didn't bring it back so I have to pay for it myself and they told me it would be ready today and That was this morning now they have closed the store for today I have called them 4-5 times today just praying my blood pressure stay down my spelling mistakes please forgive me just wanted to know if anyone else has experience this mix up

There is no reason anyone should have to sit in the drive thru line for 45 mins to over an hour, who ever is at the drive thru should be fired,if you are doing consulting at the drive thru you should make them go into the store, I do not know what has happened to this store pharmacy and the service of the drive thru but someone needs to check into why it is taken this long in that line everytime in the last 2 months this has happened waiting at least 45 minutes if not longer. This issue needs to be fixed. I am look for another pharmacy due to this reason and the slow service.

0 stars! Just had the worst experience at a pharmacy EVER and will be transferring my scripts away because of one tech there. She was inpatient and rude with the elderly man before me including ripping his card out of his hand and raising her voice at him, so I approached her with extra kindness with my issue as I knew it was unusual. She constantly cut me off and said that it was my doctor's fault that my scripts were being sent to a walgreens 150 miles away. The doctor doesn't even know I lived there so there's no way that's possible and all the scripts were originally filled at the Lake City walgreens on 90 but the auto refills were sent to Ocala where I haven't lived for 3 years. She said I had to call them. Called them and they said that it's Lake City walgreen's fault. I don't know who to believe other than I am 100% certain it's not my doctor because I just got off the phone with the doctor's office and they confirmed that my scripts go to Lake City walgreens on 90. Walgreens isn't worth the headache and I won't use them again. Your techs need to be trained to listen to customers rather than cut them off. She wasn't even trying to be helpful. I won't be recommending walgreens to any of my clients either. She shouldn't be working with clients if she can't even smile let one listen to the concerns of a customer.

If you want to waste 1/2 hour of your time then get your prescriptions from Lake City Walgreens! I have waited as long as 45 minutes and test my prescription was ready I had done a drop of the prior day and was just picking up. There were 4 cars in front of me and I have been here 20 minutes and just moved two cars up. I have tried going in and that is even longer. This would be a great place to have a drugstore I'm going to CVS and IDC if they are higher in price my time is valuable too.

Normally, we are greeted with a smile. It was not busy in the pharmacy either. Peter could smile and say hello. ? Soft skills are a must in my business.

Haven't gone in many months,Not very friendly staff. I pointed out a discolored disgusting looking jar of red pasta sauce that clearly was spoiled. It even looked greenish and grey. I showed the girl with glasses and blue hair. She looked very annoyed like I was bothering her. She asked if I looked at the expiration date. I said what does it matter. Spaghetti sauce is supposed to be very red. She took a look at the expiration date and said it's not expired, then put it back on the shelf. Then walked away saying she'll look into it later. Are you kidding me?Who hires these people?Waited like 5 minutes at the register too.I will also mention she made a face and rolled her eyes at me. Prices are very high here also for groceries but there's a selection.

Horrible store, everything is constantly messed up. Extreme slow service and rude people working there as well. If your moving here, don't even bother to use this place.
