This is really the only the place to go shopping unless you want to get ripped off at Winn Dixie with outrageous prices and expired food. Or there's the ghetto side of town at save a lot, or the over priced public full of stuck up people.It's lake city so expect horrible customer service and lousy attitudes from workers who do t know anything. This city seldom hires good workers. They go for kiss ups and yes man's instead.People who act very by the book, but are not. The"door greeters" act like Nazis. They profile people to see who they want to scan every item on the receipt. If you look like you got off work or something you'll be stopped and checked at the door while they squint at you then che k every little thing in your cart. Yet sometimes won't at all.Loss prevention flows you around if you don't look like everyone else in this boring city. If you dress like you're not from around here with a band shirt or show tattoos. I've even had them be so obvious they followed me right into an isle then stop to stare right at me. It was ridiculous. Yet I've been shopping here for years. .one door guy took a picture of me. I never stole anything in my life. There's some nice employees. It can be chaotic when busy. Don't do self checkout or you'll have a target on your back. They no longer let you take the motor cart outside which is absurd. So if you are disabled and by yourself. Be prepared to walk to your car. It doesn't help lazy people use these motor carts who don't look I hired or handicapped at all. They are just lazy or overweight. Oh the deli....terrible attitudes wow. Bakery also. Of course it's hit or miss.Customer service vice was actually friendly, but this store won't answer the phone anymore. It's also not 24 hours anymore. Otherwise have aindset to go here to get what you need and leave. The prices of everything went up a lot, bit you'll find deals and sales.The store is also organized. They need to hire more shopping cart gatherers. Please stop hiring people that don't speak a word of English also. Either that or they were pretending not to. The loss prevention following you around is unacceptable. They seem very judgemental and stick out like sore thumbs.Parking lot watch out!!! People will run you over. It's lake city. Even cart pushers who work there get hot by cars. At least that security patrol car is back. You don't see suspicious characters anymore or car break ins. I hate how there's people inside the store hustling now. Asking for money or trying to sell you something. They usually get kicked out thankfully. Some of the department managers are not pleasant or friendly. But there are some nice workers here. It's hit or miss.

Husband and daughter came in to use Coin Star machine. machine wasn't working properly and no sign was posted. Long story short, Daughter lost ALL her coins because management didn't understand how the machine worked. this is a common issue at this location, as many management personnel are woefully undertrained... one might even say inept

Terrible customer service! Loss prevention will follow you around if you have tattoos. My family got trespassed from this store for trying to leave the store with the mobility scooter they provide for handicapped people my mother found it in the parking lot and drove it inside even the lady at the pretzel place got involved and was lying saying my mom walked in the door. This company ruins small town business and don't care. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This Walmart is terrible and so is the corporate office. My wife ordered groceries online. Received an email that her order was ready. Arrive within 10 minutes park someone came out and said they would be with her shortly. 45 minutes later they informed her they could not find her order. No apologies no let's get you some groceries just you're out of luck. We don't care about your time. The wife left a review and asked to be contacted. She was never contacted by anyone. Walmart just does not seem to care about its customers. To me, this seems to be a culture that comes from the top who read this post and others like it and do nothing about it.

This is the worst pick up service I've used!Never an open parking space because the groceries are not brought out in a timely manner. Usually only have 2 workers and they are slow as molasses! This is the 3rd time here at different times and it's the same no matter what day or time of day. Wait times have been over 45 minutes!

First time in this Walmart and I had a horrible experience, my sons phone needed replacement so we walked into Walmart and asked for a phone that they have advertised iPhone SE for 199.99We picked up the card and asked for the phone the employee went and grabbed the phone and once she started to ring us up she stated that the phone was no longer on sale. I asked her to call the manager to see if there was anything they could do since it's showing in the system online and app for 199.99.Erin the manager came already with a why are you calling me here attitude and didn't help at all she just looked at the phone the register and told me it's 449.99 and there is nothing she can do.I'm not from around here but I will never stop at this Walmart again.Maybe Walmart should start training their employees to do their jobs instead of giving managerial titles to people who don't have an inch of manager.It unfortunate how now a days people don't like to work.

DO NOT do the pick up option here!!! You won't get what you paid for and when you go back to get it they give you nothing but attitude and treat you like a thief. They charged me for $25 of Freshpet that they didn't give me when I picked up my order and when I went back to get it or get a refund I was treated like I was trying to steal from them when I went to customer service and told them of the problem to get a replacement or a refund.

I go to lake city fl Walmart to cash my disability check money service is closed and the return is not doing money service but they tell me money service will be open in ten minutes I wait for 35 minutes and then they tell me go back to return they're open and then they give me 750 dollars in 20 dollar bills I ask for hundred dollar bills but they don't have anything else I buy two things and then I am stopped by security and then they hold me for 15 minutes because I lost my recipes trying not to lose my money it filled up my billfold with that many bills as they detataned me I asked if while I waited could they get me 100 dollar bills my daughter called looking for me it took me over an hour to do what should have been done in 20 minutes I will never be back.

Disappointed in the service center. Every time l went for an oil change over the last week there was a reason l couldn't get my trucks oil changed. The first excuse was there outside machine didn't work to begin the service process, a few days later l was told the work schedule had been messed up and everyone was going home and the next morning l was told because of my 5 inch lift it was unsafe for the bay. They have more excuses than my toddler son. I will never use them again even for shopping l will use another location out of town in the future.

I am moving to an area where this location will be my Walmart. I was shocked when I walked in by the dingy, dirty look of the place. I've never been to a Walmart in this poor of a condition. None of the areas were tidy. Most of the employees looked sloppy. I've used Walmart.com a lot since the pandemic and it looks like I'll be using it even more so when my move is final. I don't won't to have to go to this location. It needs some major updating.

We stopped in here late one night on our way down to Florida and my wife got some groceries for us to have and we ate sandwiches in the car and kept on driving but we walked in for a minute to use the restrooms and buy the groceries so it was a nice Walmart and I didn't have any problems with it

I ordered a television online which is due to be picked up in the next few days if it weren't for the fact that I CANCELED it TWICE but I keep getting alerts that it is ready for pickup. Why give consumers the ability to order and cancel things online if it's not going to work and you have to call them anyway!? There may be an addendum to this review after I contact Walmart

Worst Walmart I have ever encountered they lie to your face about items in stock that they are hiding in the back. They don't want to sell you the items that are on clearance intentionally. Very manipulative employees and I will not shop here again!!!

I stopped in to do a Walmart2Walmart and encountered Darlene and a truly horrible customer service. Condescending, arrogant, the barking of the word "Sir" with a sneering inflection lingering in her voice. She insisted I fill out a form, it is the law (at least so she claimed) and with that condescending attitude turned the page to the back and said the stuff I did not read, nor did she recommend I do so (in fact, said no one does), I was now locked into. I di not begrudge an employee following policy and/or law, but there is a way to do so without arrogance defining the conversation. Since childhood, we have all encountered these overzealous types who cling to a perceived moral high ground. The best thing to do is as I did. To make a decision to never set foot in this location again.
