For one don't bother trying to call. The number listed here is not in service. I stopped there to get gas. Pre paid for $15 INSIDE not at the pump. There is a $75 hold on my account. Can someone please explain to me why there's a hold a PRE PAID gas? It's not like I can pump any more than they approved the pump for. No one there had a logical answer. NEVER had this issue at any other gas station. We will not be back.

Stopped her to buy some candy for my children which was advertised on 4 different signs and also at the register on the digital advertising monitor as buy 2 get one free. I was charged for all three items and when the issue was politely brought to the managers attention he rudely stated that I could "Either take it or leave it" because he was not going to honor what was advertised!!! What is happening to costumer service, people are often treated as if their business doesn't matter which is a horrible feeling as a hard working single mother of 4 who just purchased gas at this establishment. This place really gives the Circle K brand a very poor representation. Will never spend another dollar!

Bought a $5 can of nicotine pouches and $15 in gas at the pump. There are now 2 charges pending, totaling $200 ($100 each). I understand that sometimes holds are placed at pumps, but this is ridiculous and I have to wait until everything clears to see if there is not some mistake or other issue.

Long lines. Only 1 cashier. Can almost never get gas because there's only 2 stations (4 pumps in all)
