Let me just say how much I love this place and the people from this company. Super helpful and answered all my questions. I bought marble to put as my dining table and I am obsessed! It looks so elegant. I 100% recommended Golden.

Sketchy I was originally charged for more material than I was getting (after they came out and got their mesurements) so apperently math is not a stong suit of the company. luckily I double checked the measurements and caught it. Also when making a payment with a card you get charged a percentage of your payment in which they conveniently forgot to mention during a phone call to get everything set up. (Not looking at a quote/invoice) and when asked about it I pretty much got an oh well and they did nothing to try to make it right. "Pay it or we will send it to collections."

Stopped in for a quote today and their customer service was below average. Lady at the front never gave a warm welcome and sounded like she had a mouth full of marbles, rude, unfriendly, and then when we decided not to shop there she followed us out the door for our business. Customer service is everything! Without that nobody will want to shop there! Hopefully they get better customer service in there!

Golden granite quickly returned to our place of business to rectify the hideous spots on the newly installed granite.They tried to remove the spots without having to replace, but with no success.So, they returned and completely pulled out the old and replaced with all new granite. Very pleased!!!!

Just bought a new house and i’m glad I found this company to do all the counter tops in my home. everything from the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry rooms and even my outdoor kitchen.The owners were very attentive to what I had envisioned and even helped make it better. The communication was great and installation was done in a timely manner. Would recommend for any future projects!!

Spent a lot of time looking for the best marble for a small home renovation. This place had everything I needed, including the expertise and patience to walk me through what all my options were with the budget I had to work with. Couldn't recommend enough - will be back for the next project!

Just had our countertop done in the kitchen. Sale staff were courteous, the measurements done within 10 days. Installation was seamless, staff were very competent and done with the timeframe that was agreed upon. We had an imperfection, repairs were done within a few days with polishing. Could not be happier, would recommend them for any work. Thx.

Terrific!!! Wonderful experience from design to finish. The Golden marble Team is highly qualified, skilled, and great to work with. They were always available at all times and very nice . We are so happy with every aspect of the project....from our first contact, selection of all our granite and sinks through their recommendations, the design plan, the quality of work and craftsmanship, the prompt responses to any and all questions. It was perfect from the beginning to the end. Golden marble provided us with a beautiful slab and amazing service. After searching many companies in the central Orlando area, we’re glad to go with golden marble because they have the best prices and most beautiful slabs. We highly recommend!

We used this company because my friend recommended them. They came out to my parents house to measure and was very friendly. When the installers did the work they were messy and did not do a quality job. The installer put caulk all over the wall and it looked terrible. When we contacted the company they acted like thats usual. After multiple phone calls and complaints and 2 days later the owner finallycontacted us and said he would pay to have someone fix the mess on the wall. The day when the plumber was suppose to arrive he never showed up. When we called they said the plumber had COVID. They neglected to inform us. After being without water 4 days the plumber finally showed up. My parents are elderly and disabled and this company did not try to find another plumber until I called and got involved. This company doesn't communicate with you. They do terrible work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE THEM.
