I've done a lot of home improvement projects over the year. A First Class Aluminum certainly was at the top of my list of great vendors. From first estimates to completion of the project everyone I touched along the way was courteous, professional, and helpful. And the project leaders of the pool cage and pavers teams were the best I've ever had. I highly recommend them.

We used First Class Aluminum to build a pool screen enclosure of approximately 1600 SF. The company was extremely easy to work with, responded to all communications and completed the entire construction in two days. The construction team was exceptional with no damage to anything and great attention to detail. The company name is actually accurate - "First Class"

If you want old fashion customer service then this is your company.Just had my patio rescreened and gutters replaced. Communication was terrific, pricing was good. Bill(owner) is always involved in knowing everything with the job and always available for any questions.Thank you everything looks great.

Glad to see that everyone else got excellent communication. I have not. Signed a contract and was told permitting was out 6-8 weeks. No other info. I had to call 2 months later (twice) to get an update that our permit was in but their schedule was backed up (that info would’ve been nice). Got told “first half of October”. I had to call, again, for a start date. Was given one only to be called the week prior to be pushed back to the following week. Our project was assumed to start today but no one showed, or called. I called the office which was closed at 10am….. i was very understanding and kind when we got pushed back for a different project but the lack of communication has been insane and incredibly inconsiderate outside of the one phone call I got to reschedule

Bill and his team did an outstanding job enclosing our lanaii with windows and sliding doors. Roger, Tony and Enrique were courteous, respectful, efficient and professional and Bill should be very proud to have them represent his business.

A First Class Aluminum did a great job and used great material. We replaced an old screen enclosure, soffits, fascia coverings, and installed new gutters. It all looks great. The dog loves his new doggy door to leave and enter the screen enclosure.

Great service and great product. We had them put polycarbonate panels on to protect from rain in our sitting area. Good communication. They had a delay due to weather but called me. They Showed up when scheduled!

The company is a local company, courteous and hardworking employees. We've used this company before on the vinyl siding of our ?. Hurricane Ian and the other one decided to visit and lifted our patio roof causing steady leaks. Bill, the owner and staff was patient with us as we dealt with the insurance. The day finally arrived, approval was nearing completion. In the meantime, we stayed in touch and they stayed in contact with us before, during and after the patio roof job was completed. The owner is available anytime.

This f****** site is pure s**** Can't make an edit. 85 character min required -here goes......A First Class is pure rip off. $12,000+ cash transaction and what we got was windows that took months to open and close properly, a new patio, whose concrete cracked 2 days after pour. A roof on our large new lanai that leaks like a sieve. Gutters that clog. These were addressed, but never completely remedied. Bill tried to get cocky about his built in get out of responsibility contract clause, as if it were applicable. Once the smartass came back out to 'try to fix' problems, he legally accepted responsibility and voided those contractual protections. But the, I only did state and federal contract and R.O.W. law for decades, in addition to R.E. contracts. When I called his bluff, he caved and sent Charlie over to assess the leaky roof. Charlie is quite capable, in my estimation, but his recommendation seemed unfair to the employees who would be assigned the job. So, I declined and am now going to try my luck with Phelps Aluminum.
