“Gee whiz: alright first off I called for pricing on oil change and a new chain to be put on my 2022 KTM 390 adventure. Zach called me back with a price. I contacted another location in Ocala. Well Zach said if we do a chain we have to do sprockets as well per the manufacture. I went with Zach and we ordered the parts. A week went by so I called to see if parts were in. Zach called said no but the next day Saturday he called and said everything is in. I asked for an appointment and he said be here at 9 am when we open Monday. Wow that is service folks. I came in dropped my bike and by 11:30 he called said it was ready. Zack truly I will deal with you in the future from now on. Here is the second part on Deland Motorsports. I told Zach I messed up one of the bolts on the bash plate and I replaced the ones I could with bolts with the same thread but 2 of the old ones I could not remove. David Thomas the tech did not complain about removing stripped screws. David you are amazing sir. You put in the same bolts I did and even added a couple I was missing. It is people like David and Zack that I will continue to do business with you guys. Who ever the owners are great job on finding people that care. Seriously, compensate your staff accordingly they truly care. If you want the job done right this is the place to come. Thank you very much Zack and David from the bottom

“the most reliable, authentic, and integral mechanic i've ever been to. went to another mechanic for a misfire, was told my engine was failing, and then knew i had to get a second opinion from sunrise. mark was able to diagnose my issue (a couple misfires and a missing engine air filter), was able to accommodate my request for a full tune up (did not push a full tune up, i asked for one) and didn't charge an arm and a leg for the service. paid less than $500 for a complete tune up including replacing all 4 plugs and coils, cleaning the throttle body, and replacing a missing filter. honest, upfront, and all around excellent person to trust my vehicle and my sanity with.”

“Muffler Man has worked on an assortment of my vehicles over the past five or six years their price is very competitive and what I think is fair... did the 15,000 mi. Service on my ram and I felt very confident with a technician who did the work it's a diesel so not a simple oil change... Thinking I was going to be there a while I packed breakfast coffee and water along with a tablet to keep entertained job was complete way before I thought it would unlike the dealership that I dealt with in the past... “I took a project bike to them that had a blown motor. I didn’t want to spend what a completely new motor would cost. They worked with me trying to find a used one and stored my bike for a very long time. I never did find a good used motor but they are extremely accommodating and super professional.
