Went there to submit my application for my passport and Lee took care of me. He was very nice, knowledgeable and didn’t seem upset because I we t earlier than my appointment!

This place is a joke 1 person working doing passports and regular customer service plan to bring lunch because it is ridiculous not to mention he's unable to listen to what you need because his brain is scattered. epic fail

I had a concern about my package and the tracking information, I tried numerous times on three different days to call the post office directly to ask my question, but no one ever answered the phone. I had to go down there in person, the guy at the counter is always very friendly and was able to answer at least, but it's very annoying I had to take time out of my day to go there in person just to ask something.

Mike gave excellent customer service! Juggling multiple types of tasks and kept everyone moving all by himself. Knowledgeable, attentive and very helpful!

Had the best experience doing my passport services, had my photos and paperwork and fees paid and done within 20min. I was also in no rush and since it’s only one employee, anytime a guest came in I told him to help them out so that they wouldn’t wait. Lee was great, understanding and very helpful.

It’s sad that I have to leave this review because I have always had such good service at this location. I don’t get off work until 430 and I had an urgent package that I had to get shipped. I got to the post office at 10 minutes until five and the clerk asked me to wait because he was dealing with incoming mail from a contractor I believe. When it was time for him to wait on me, he was very rude and pushy. I informed him that I arrived in time and he said that wasn’t his problem. It’s 5 o’clock and I should not be performing transactions at this time. The customer is not always right. That’s how the post office works. Again, I have always had such good service in the past so I hate to leave this review, but he was just so very very rude and that is not acceptable when you are in customer service. I don’t care who you work for.

They advertise limited walk in hours for passports from 3-4. I got there at 3 and waited about 20 minutes before being turned away because "there wasn't enough time to do it". Don't try to go for walk in hours or you will just get turned away.

The website says one things and the people there does a complete different thing. I went there today to do my passport because their website says walk-ins on Tuesday from 3-4pm and when I get there well the only clerk working there told me that they do that anymore. I waisted my time and gas.

Inaccurate information on collection times for the DeLand 336 E. New York Ave. location. Website indicates last pick up time for Saturdays is 5:00 p.m. whilst the posted last collection time is 2:30 p.m. USPS should provide its customers with accurate information especially for something as simple as hours of operation and collection times.

Michael went above and beyond!!
