They advertise limited walk in hours for passports from 3-4. I got there at 3 and waited about 20 minutes before being turned away because "there wasn't enough time to do it". Don't try to go for walk in hours or you will just get turned away.

The website says one things and the people there does a complete different thing. I went there today to do my passport because their website says walk-ins on Tuesday from 3-4pm and when I get there well the only clerk working there told me that they do that anymore. I waisted my time and gas.

Inaccurate information on collection times for the DeLand 336 E. New York Ave. location. Website indicates last pick up time for Saturdays is 5:00 p.m. whilst the posted last collection time is 2:30 p.m. USPS should provide its customers with accurate information especially for something as simple as hours of operation and collection times.

This post office has made it a habbit of not delivering my wife's packages. Yet somehow she still gets all her other mail delivered in the mail box. Been there in person to fix this problem once already and yet agian now getting alerts saying delivered in or at mail box. Guess what the packages aren't there and no pick up slips either. The staff lack customer service skills and always says"oh I am just filling in "

2nd time we’ve been to this location and Lee is just the best! Came in with no appointment to do our daughter’s passport. Took the time to take care of us anyway. Fantastic customer service! Rather drive the extra 10 mins to come to this location anytime! Thanks lee!

I would like to thank Lee for helping me every week to send a a package to my sister and niece. My niece didn't win her battle with cancer but she appreciated all the packages especially the one Lee covered in heart stamps for her. Lee was always there with a professional and most kind manner. He really helped the whole situation. I love my Lake Helen post office. Everyone there is awesome and I really appreciate them all. Thank you Lee!

My favorite post office, everyone is so kind and helpful. They do have that small town charm. The hours aren’t as long as some offices, but I’d rather work it out to go there for the kind faces.
