This is the only 711 that I have ever left a review on. But my wife was accused of stealing… I was out with my wife, who has face tattoos and piercings on her face, I look more “normal”, it was already a late night about to be 12 am. We went inside the store and my wife wanted to use the restroom but was told she couldn’t use it. They were blocked off which usually they are not during the day. Also kinda strange because we’re up the road from Heathrow lake Mary there are no homeless or drug abuse in the area. None the less we went to the coffee station and were there for a while just figuring out the machine and coffee flavors. We get to the register and the CHILD (he was too young to be working there) that was on duty accused my wife of stealing and wouldn’t let us make a purchase. Didn’t accuse me at all but I was next to my wife the whole time he kept on treating her individually like a bad person. I asked for the cameras to be rolled back and was told no. We ended up just walking away disappointed and going to another 711 up the way where we were treated fairly.

God I hope this place is forced to make changes by the new Japanese corporate leadership because it’s just an overall terribly run, unclean, dingy store with little to no care put in AT ALL. That plus all the “owner” responses are just canned bots regurgitating the same response. This place needs to be replaced or shut down.

I order from THIS 7/11 on Uber eats on several occasions. EVERY SINGLE TIME THE FOOD IS COOKED ON DIRTY EQUIPMENT AND THE DRINKS ARE EXPIRED !!! I got my lazy but up and drove there to see what was going on. Expired milk and produce, Dirty floors, Dirty cooking equipment. I confronted the employee and he didn’t even know the date. This place needs an inspection or needs to be removed from lake Mary streets.

The bathrooms are horrendous, you should take pride in what you do. Absolutely ? disgusting. Flies and piss all over. Walls falling apart, really disgusting.

Ladies beware! The bathroom mirror is sketchy. Pretty sure it’s a 2 way mirror. “If there’s a space, you’re in a safe place.” Check the mirror. No space between finger and reflection. Guy working there was completely oblivious to what I was saying didn’t speak full English. Just be aware of your surroundings.

It's a little dirty inside the store no one in there understands English well and now instead of charging for the big gulp cup there charging you for a 20 Oz bottle which a way more and its not right be careful people
