Do not go to this store! All they are concerned about is making their commission. Went to upgrade my phone and they added 3 lines, monthly charges for 3 devices and they repeated told me the only charge I would see is a $10 a month increase. Call me naïve but even asking the right questions over and over she continually told me no charges but $10 per month. Working on undoing the damage now but what a huge unnecessary inconvenience for them not being honest and truthful.

I recently purchased two new phones. Spent $4000. I have low vision, and my wife has a condition that causes her hands to tremble. So we went to this store, instead of going online, so we could get the Sims card switched, or a new one activated. This was May 16, 2024 at around 3:00. There were two people working, a young lady and a young man.
The young lady was helping others, the young man, reluctantly left his chair to, "help" us.
First he told us the phones were not here, they were it took him ten minutes, and us showing him the notification for him to actually put in effort to look in the back. He found them. I have purchased phone before, data transfer and phone activation is not a huge deal. If he spent half the energy doing them instead of explaining how easy it would be for us to do them and trying to get us to go home, the store was empty except for the customers the young lady was helping, he could have done it. Instead he made everything such an ordeal, I said, fine, just activate the phones, put the case on my wife's phone, he said they did not have a case that fit our phones, my wife had to go to his display case and point them out, and we would go home.
More put upon behavior, and fumbling, and we were done. I get home to complete the transfer, and I get a call, on my old phone. He did not switch sims, or activate the new phones. In short he spent an hour trying to get out of doing anything, and succeeded.
I called to set up an appointment tomorrow with the manager, who we spoke to when we bought the phones, because believe me if he had been there we would be switching to Verizon.
My wife is going to have to go back to get the phones activated, and I hope go full Karen, ok maybe have Karen, but she is a former vegan so you know she has it in her to complain forever.
Look, it is not a dream job, but you spent an hour doing nothing but getting annoyed, and annoying others, why not just spend that time doing your job?

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with AT&T's trade-in program, which has left me feeling frustrated and misled. Initially, I was enticed by their offer of a $700 trade-in value for my iPhone 12 Pro Max, (512GB) as I sought to upgrade to the latest iPhone 15. Trusting in their advertised offer, I eagerly signed up for the upgrade and handed over my device at the store in exchange for the new iPhone 15.
However, my excitement quickly turned to dismay when AT&T informed me that my trade-in only qualified for a $350 credit, significantly less than the originally promised amount. This sudden discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered has left me feeling deceived and undervalued as a customer.
Not only did AT&T fail to honor their initial offer, but they also neglected to provide adequate explanation or resolution for the situation. The lack of transparency and accountability in their dealings is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.
In light of this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend AT&T's trade-in services to others, I request AT&T To pay me the amount promised, the executive who gave me the deal has been fired, i have made multiple visits It's evident that their promises are not to be trusted, and customers risk being misled into unfavorable agreements. Moving forward.

My daughter just returned from South Korea (was abroad two years teaching English in the middle of a pandemic).
First Order of business? Get a new phone and add her to the family plan.
We went to the store early (9am -as soon as they opened) and the two ladies that greeted and assisted us were a breath of fresh air. Fast knowledgeable and funny. I typically hate going phone stores they are always trying to upwelling etc but even with them sharing about new promos or discounts they didn’t pressure.
I’m eligible for an upgrade soon and will be back!

Alejandro was amazing! He took care of us so well. He was informative and efficient. The store was set up nicely. The displays were helpful. We switched from T-MOBILE to your 55+ plan. We also upgraded to the iPhone 15 pro. Good price and value. The service was spectacular.

Visited this location for the first time since I moved here 7 years ago. Customer service was not the greatest considering there was only 1 customer in the store. I asked for what I was looking for, Rep asked me if I could wait about 10 minutes to open the “safe” to check for the specific phone I was looking for. I just left. Oh! This is reason I go to the Sanford location (the one by the Target plaza). Better environment there.

Please avoid this location at all costs! I went into this location and spoke to the sales rep RYAN asking for the cheapest plan with nothing added. 3hrs after opening the account I gained access online and noticed he signed me up for the most expensive plan. Then the ATT customer service rep told me that he tacked on an extra $50 worth of insurance for 4 lines when I only had 1 line on the plan. He tried to get a bigger “commission” from my account activation and now gets nothing since the customer service rep changed everything he did. I will never go back to this location for anything!
