My daughter just returned from South Korea (was abroad two years teaching English in the middle of a pandemic).First Order of business? Get a new phone and add her to the family plan.We went to the store early (9am -as soon as they opened) and the two ladies that greeted and assisted us were a breath of fresh air. Fast knowledgeable and funny. I typically hate going phone stores they are always trying to upwelling etc but even with them sharing about new promos or discounts they didn’t pressure.I’m eligible for an upgrade soon and will be back!Great service ladies!!! Alejandro was amazing! He took care of us so well. He was informative and efficient. The store was set up nicely. The displays were helpful. We switched from T-MOBILE to your 55+ plan. We also upgraded to the iPhone 15 pro. Good price and value. The service was spectacular.

Visited this location for the first time since I moved here 7 years ago. Customer service was not the greatest considering there was only 1 customer in the store. I asked for what I was looking for, Rep asked me if I could wait about 10 minutes to open the “safe” to check for the specific phone I was looking for. I just left. Oh! This is reason I go to the Sanford location (the one by the Target plaza). Better environment there.

Please avoid this location at all costs! I went into this location and spoke to the sales rep RYAN asking for the cheapest plan with nothing added. 3hrs after opening the account I gained access online and noticed he signed me up for the most expensive plan. Then the ATT customer service rep told me that he tacked on an extra $50 worth of insurance for 4 lines when I only had 1 line on the plan. He tried to get a bigger “commission” from my account activation and now gets nothing since the customer service rep changed everything he did. I will never go back to this location for anything!

UPDATE: I am changing my stars from 1 star to 2 stars because I did finally meet with the store manager who apologized that this happened and told me that I could return the iphone 15 for the iphone 14 Pro and receive a different promotion (not as good as agreed upon and I'm still frustrated with the entire process but appreciative that at least we were able to speak and I wasn't stuck with the iphone 15 and no $350 credit that had been agreed upon.BEWARE: BAIT & SWITCH Information that WILL COST YOU! This store proceeded to defraud us with incorrect information and will cost us a $350 promised trade in on an upgrade. My husband and I met with Eddie to discuss an upgrade on our daughter's phone. He informed us that her current phone was eligible for a $350 trade-in (despite a crack) and gave us the amount of $13.08 a month that our bill would go up after the phone was turned in at the store. We proceeded with every step of the upgrade as we were told to do as we were shifting lines in addition to the upgrade. On our end, we did everything we were told to do. Our daughter was so happy with her birthday gift upgrade and we turned in her phone the next day after transferring the data as instructed. The person that accepted the phone told us that the associate gave us FALSE information and the phone credit was $30. We told him that this is NOT what we were told and had confirmed the terms with him NUMEROUS times throughout the process of this upgrade. We were told that it didn't MATTER what the associate told us and that even though he was WRONG, we had NO recourse. The self-identified manager said, "Call ATT corporate ", which we did at the store. He also told us to "return the phone". We explained that is easier said than done as we had given her my phone as her gift and transferred all the data, wiping it clean and then transferred data from my phone to the new phone, also erasing it, as we were INSTRUCTED TO DO by EDDIE. The self-described manager shrugged his shoulders and he proceeded to leave without even informing us he was going while we were trying to resolve the issue in the store and on the phone with ATT Corporate. The ATT Corporate store said that this has happened before at this store and that the STORE is RESPONSIBLE for making this error right for the customer. They noticed the area manager via email and told me to expect a call to resolve this bait and switch.....yet, as of writing this review, I have not been contacted by anyone. Be warned that this store may provide you with inaccurate information about your trade-in and you will have NO support from the store management if that happens to you. Maureen Ruble

I had the pleasure of meeting Edwardo at the store. He was very nice and was able to help me very efficiently and quickly. He was knowledgeable and did his best to ensure I was satisfied.

I was trying to add another line with AT&T customer rep over the phone, let’s just say they were no help. So I went into the Lake Mary store and Eddie was amazing he was extremely pleasant, professional and went over in beyond to help me set up another line. A+ store and professionalism.

I have gone to that store for a number of years and have usually have really good service, however, Gabriel went above and beyond being helpful. I have been going through chemo and get a little confused some times but he explained everything to me and my granddaughter and made everything perfectly clear. I am finally going to change to Direct TV because he made it clear about my benefits.You are very blessed to have someone so knowledgeable about your products and willing to help us that do not always understand it all.

Sammie is one of the WORST employees at this location. He refused to help our son who was an authorized, user to get a Sim card on his phone. We had just spoken to an AT&T representative and sent him to the store. We then called and asked if we can go down there because they were still open for 15 minutes. Sammy then stated the policy is that if somebody comes in and they cannot help them before they close at 6 PM they have to send them away. What terrible customer service! We will definitely be speaking to Greg, the manager because this employee refuses service. Not to mention he was VERY sassy on the phone and was getting mouthy. This person doesn’t belong in customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

I was having problems transferring numbers from my old work phone to a new number. After several calls to CS I went into the Lake Mary store. Dallas was super helpful in trying to understand what the issue was (it was unique) and finding a solution that saved me time and money. Overall a top notch experience from him and being in the physical location!

I have never had a single issue at this location, while i’ve not liked several other locations. Ron here is by far the best representative i’ve ever worked with; he helped me so much and was so very patient with me along with getting a phone for a good deal, he was extremely knowledgeable and i appreciated everything he did and helped me with, if you’re looking for someone good to work with for your new phone, trust ron!! i worked with him for months before being able to walk out with my phone way cheaper than before. best store and best service!
