I got tricked into involuntary subscribing to this product. The advertising said free trial, just pay shipping. 5 days later, a $89 withdraw was taken out of my bank. I called to cancel but did not receive an email of confirmation. I called them again and was told the email “may take 24 hours†to arrive. I waited the 24 hours and called a third time. I was then told the subscription was cancelled but there's no way to give a confirmation number nor resend an email! ***Buyer Beware*** If I get charged again, I'm going to the Better Business bureau!

Great staff, they are very courteous, convenient, and knowledgeable in anything and everything related to medicine and there purpose..... Thank you guys, I'm convinced "you have a customer for life!" Well at least until I get better.....

Avella service is often bad. I've often waited on hold 25 minutes or more for them to pick up the phone. Some orders haven't arrived when they were supposed to have come.
