Great customer service. I love their paint. It is different than the other competitive brands. It is thick, almost dripless and goes on smooth. Good coverage also.Have been buying their paint for years.I just wish they had more paintng supplies.

Can’t say enough good things about Al at the Benjamin Moore paint store in Lake Mary Florida! His customer Service is outstanding! Not only did he help me choose exterior paint colors, but he always had the paint mixed and ready to go when I had to order extra and he always helped me load it into the car. It is sooo much better having a consistent person helping with a big paint job then trying to deal with the crowds and often in knowledgeable people in the big box stores.

I wouldn't say I'm a great painter by any stretch of the imagination, but I do know a thing or two. I painted the interior of my grandmothers 1100sf home one summer when I was 12yrs old. I came to Benjamin Moore because I've been told it's the best paint. I've often said whatever to these claims and just went to Home Depot or Lowes. However, this time I was working on a special project for my home and I said in going to give this "special paint" a try. I met Sam, and he explained the benefits of using their Advanced High Gloss. He didn't try to oversell or upsell me just gave me info to make an informed decision. He even tried to save me some money, by telling me I would be good with a qt instead of a gallon for my project. All I can say is this paint is AMAAAAAZZZZIIINNNNGG!!! Thanks a lot Sam. Great product great service

All i can say is Al is top notch! He went beyond out of his way to mix a difficult paint for me at another store and brought it back to Lake Mary , to have it here for me to pick up! Thank you for excellent customer service!

Found a wonderful color on Pinterest and had to get to a Benjamin Moore paint store to get it. I found a store 30 minutes from home. I appreciated the location being open on Saturday and the clerk gave great service. I love the color on my bedroom walls. What I didn't like was how much cheaper I got another can from the hardware store 3.9 mile from my house!
