“Normally I try to do most of my shopping outside of home Depot as I have had poor experiences in the past with the large warehouses and waiting for service in aisles for well over 30 minutes after having spoken to someone who will send another person over. Today was not one of those days. Thank you to Dejuan at the front for customer service was extremely kind and human in his interaction with me to swap out some lightbulbs when I made a wattage mistake. It was fast and it was simple but he made a great first impression and helped me out with something in a store where it hasn't been the same previously.”
“I didn't know I could get such good help with specialty products locally. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the time and information he shared. I wish there were more places with items I need like Advance so I could avoid the big box stores. The prices were excellent and picking up the product there was much faster than ordering online and the ability to see the product and know it was exactly was was needed for the job was a valuable time saver too. Fast, knowledgeable, affordable and helpful. Highly recommend.”

“I live just a few minutes away from this Lowe's location, which is very convenient for me. I have been shopping here for the past seven months and have never had any issues. Based on my experiences, I would give it a five-star rating. This is my first review for this store and I hope your experience will be great as well. I have returned a few items and the process has always been simple and straightforward. However, I subtracted one star because one of the elderly employee directed me to an aisle to find my item but did not show me where it was. I had to ask another Lowe's employee for assistance.”
“I honestly reckon this is the best Home Depot in the area! There's so much variety in the goods and also tons of associates and we could find help wherever it was needed, unlike the Altamonte store, where I have wandered around in vain, trying to find a store associate to help me out! Everything is also very logically placed and it was super easy to find stuff. A shout-out to two store associates who were especially helpful- Erika found us a hills hoist & Jim M totally knows his bathrooms!! Jim gave us excellent advice on loos and was just really great to interact with. Am very glad stopped and shopped here! Yelp 165/ 2018”
