I love Chase Bank they are a financial institution that has integrity and gives excellent customer service which I am very very adamant about. My family and I have been dedicated customers of Chase for 15 years and they have always gone over and beyond for all of our banking needs. We will continue to be customers of Chase for years to come.

When I give my girls my card for the mall after a few stores the card gets declined for a fraud alert. It's happened 3 times. Then when I call they say it'll be fixed in 10 minutes but the last time I couldn't use it until the next day.

I called to ask a simple question was transferred twice and the agent lied to me. Out and Out lied. This is a horrible mega-corporation that has no regard or interest in the individual customer. I should post the agents name that told me if she bought an item that was $100 on her credit card and returned it and got a $100 credit on her card and then was billed $100 from the credit card company she said she would pay it. When I pressed her she said, "that is all the information I have". Then she said 3 - 7 before I can get heard further. Oh how I wish I was mean enough to post her name. She should be fired..... Horrible Horrible experience. Just know that one customer means nothing to these people!

During Corona, 4/8/20, I decided I'd finally take my teenage son test driving. He has beennervous about learning to drive. While we are driving, he makes a wrong turn into the corporate office of Chase bank Credit Cards. I want to thank the small black sports car with tinted windows for following us in the parking lot. I got a chance to teach my son to drive and teach him what profiling looks like. Thank you Chase Bank! Its probably gonna be hard to get him out for another lesson after that experience! You followed us He was trying to work his way from out of the parking lot. Thanks for Nothing!!

This is one of the best company's out there there almost every where and they have the best credit cards in the market they provide Amazon United Disney Southwest credit cards out side of the branded cards freedom freedom unlimited sapphire slate excellent company been with them for years they have a great credit card service department in English and I spanish
