So rude and angry! We went in today after 3pm and the attendant immediately began yelling at my service dog and I. I offered to show her paperwork, but because she doesn’t have her harness that says her status yet, he called me a liar and continued yelling. i offered to show her paperwork again, and he continues to say he knows the law and she’s not allowed in there. it’s a gas station, guy, chill out. i’ve been deeply invested in training and have given so much time into my service animal and neither of us deserve to be disrespected so heavily. he wouldn’t even take the proof i was offering. that man needs therapy.

I am extremely disappointed with this gas station. While refueling, the auto shut-off system malfunctioned, causing gasoline to spill all over my car. This negligence not only created a dangerous situation but also completely eroded my trust in the establishment. I sincerely hope management takes immediate action to repair the system and prevent any future incidents

I just started my new Job here in Lake Mary right across the street from this gas station, I must be vulnerable for a moment and express how hurt and shocked I am at what this place put me through yesterday!!! I should say the evening Male attendant… I am a single mother of 3 and drive from Deland to Lake Mary due to the great very much needed Job opportunity. I pumped my gas at pump #4 and instead of a receipt the pump said pay inside. I am an honest woman so I went inside and politely told the attendant that I am just going to wait a second and check my card to see if the money goes through because maybe my service was lagging when I transferred it to get gas. The attendant was loud and said NO MAAM you have to pay now… there was people waiting in line so I said ok can I give you the cash and when I see it had gone through you can refund me back the cash and he said Yes sir, Gave him the cash stepped away checked my phone and saw that the transaction went through, stepped back into the line showed him that the transaction went through only to be laughed at and told no I will not refund you the cash you handed it to me here is your receipt…. I cried because I honestly needed that money to make it to work and home until i get my first paycheck…. When I looked at the receipt it was a receipt showing i paid with a card on pump 4 so no proof of cash being handed to him unless cameras work. Im very disgusted by the actions of this Man and since I just moved to Florida I have no family or friends I can ask for help. Thanks a lot, you deserve an award…
