Had to use this company about ten years ago for a medication. I had an insurance change, which I told them about, but which they failed to note. Apparently their policy was to send $5000 medication without first running it through insurance. When they finally did run it through insurance they ran it through my old insurance which obviously didn't work. When they ran it through the new insurance it didn't work because a prior authorization was required and by that point it was too late. I told them they messed up, but of course they blame it on me. I refused to pay and they eventually sent it to collections. They refused to admit any fault in the matter at all and refused to work with me on the cost in anyway. Whatever you do avoid this company like the plague but if you are required make absolutely sure they have all the right information before they send you anything.

Curascript is a SCAM company that sent me a letter with a fake account # and a fake balance. In this corrupt evil letter, they advised me that if a payment of the full amount is not received by December 15, 2015 (I received this corrupt letter on Dec 18, 2015 which goes to show what a SCAM this company is), my account (what account - a made-up account) will be referred to their outside collection agency. The letter gives a phone number of 866-827-9858 if I have any questions. I called this number and the lady on the other end said Curascript is now Accredo and there is a new phone number of 888-446-4733 or 800-807-7809 which is supposed to be Trans World Systems (If that isn't a made up name I don't know what is). One of those numbers didn't even work. The letter ends with this abstractness: Sincerely, Self Pay Analyst What on earth is a self pay analyst? I called my health care provider and they said they never heard of Curascript (they had to Google who "Curascript" was) and my health plan doesn't have anything to do with them. I have never heard of Curascipt or Accredo or Trans World Systems (all of these illegal companies are SCAM artists and should be prosecuted to fullest extent of the law). By the way, Accredo is related to Express Scripts, a company I have heard of. I would advise anyone using Express Scripts to stop. The address on my letter for Curascript is: 23857 Network Pl., Chicago, IL 60673. The address on my letter for TSI is: TSI Financial System, Inc. P.O. Box 15270 Wilmington DE 19850 I highly suggest law enforcement take this matter seriously and do something so these people are behind bars very soon. This is 100% illegal.

I can echo everything that the reviewers said above. I switched insurances, and moved. One should think, that this is not a big deal. Well, I called well in advance and let them know about both, so that my meds could be delivered on time to the new address. First, they confused my account with someone else's. Then, they worked from an old account for a different prescription that never got deleted. Then I was told I was moved to Accredo, who also did not have my account and also did not have my insurance information. I always was told they'd call me back within 24-48 hours to verify the new insurance- which of course NEVER happened. Every time I called there, someone else began again with my old account, I had to set them straight etc. Finally, I called my insurance to find out what happened. They had never received a call from either curascript or accredo. Finally, someone at curascript informed me that they were not in the network of my new insurance. At this point I was a good week overdue with my meds. I called the insurance and they got me on to their specialty pharmacy asap. It says a lot that when your insurance company are the cooperative ones. I have never seen so much incompetence bundled.

If your looking for a company that accepts zero accountability for the constant mistakes made and if your looking to never receive your meds this is the company for you. Operators are irresponsible and hard to contact. Dont waste your time with Cura Script

Avoid this place if possible. I have two chronic conditions and have been fighting with them for years as they seem very happy to charge me thousands of dollars despite the drug company putting me on co pay assistance. Truly the worse possible people and I would avoid this place if my insurance did not use them. They are the worst. Horrible business and if you have the choice, do NOT use them.

I hate to give Curascript even a 1. Horrible customer service...they apparently can do no wrong in their mind. Long wait time. Just spent 43 minutes on the phone and spoke to five different people. My husband has stage 4 brain cancer and was diagnosed with a new life-threatening tumor. He had to get rushed into radiation which will occur for three weeks. For maximum effectiveness to shrink the tumor he has to take an oral chemo drug (which he previously took for 12 months) along with the radiation. Due to Curascripts finger pointing to the doctor's office (CS held onto the order for a week), saying we never returned their calls (they were calling my husband's number which was removed weeks ago from the file) and lack of picking up the phone to call for insurance approval, my husband has missed one week of the medication which could make the difference in his survival. They will tell you one thing while they have you on the phone while full well knowing they will not be able to deliver when they promise. It may cost a little bit more money but it is not worth the wasted hours and headaches to deal with this company. All I see are bad reviews and no one at their company appears to have any concern or responses.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I never had a problem with them sending my medication on time or the time they took to answer the phone. Everything was great up until August when I called to order my medication again. I have been ordering the entire year and every time they send my meds no one tells me I have a balance due. They keep sending me the meds with an invoice inside that says my balance is 0. I called in August again and they told me I had a balance of $2500. Whatttt? Whey didn't someone tell me this? Oh because our system didn't update till July 31st. So how the heck is this my fault? Totally stupid. They agreed to bring it down to $500 and I paid half but still don't want to pay for the rest. I have been told from other pharmacies that that is totally illegal to come back to me 5 months later and say I owe them money. Total frauds.

This is the worst experience I have had. Every day I get a phone call from curascript saying the prescription that was sent was incomplete. Each time I called them, the rep. Just hung up thehone after getting my name. TWO WEEKS of this, everyday !!!!

Curascripts is incompetent! When I had Cigna insurance I never had to go thru this rigamarole for my chemo meds. I have to call them, then they call the doctor and then they call me back to agree to pay for it. EVERY MONTH! They were calling me for a while, but they stopped. They didn't tell me I needed to call them. So now I will need to take the meds dangerously close together. GOOD LUCK if you have to use them. Get all the info you can on who to speak to at the first chance you get. Phone numbers, extensions, etc.

I was trying to get a prescription filled ASAP because it was medically urgent, and this company was beyond unhelpful. Be warned, it usually takes half an hour of being on hold to even speak to a live person. First of all, their standard voicemail: "We received your referral, we're just waiting on a few things. You don't need to do anything" is completely unreliable. My insurance issue has been out of their hands for weeks but I continue to receive these messages every day. If I had trusted that voicemail and never called to investigate, I would have never received my prescription. Secondly, their customer service is TERRIBLE. Every person I've spoken to there seemed to understand my issue, including how urgent it was, and said they would take care of things. Not one of these people ever followed up with me. Don't trust this company, take matters into your own hands and/or get your prescription filled elsewhere. Even though they are getting paid on your behalf, they are NOT your advocate.

Stay far,far away from curascript.com! They just sat on my husbands prescription without sending it for a week. That's after calling them several times finding the status of the order and seeing what the hold up was. Finally I said I'll just pay for the prescription with out going through insurance that way they would have no excuses. Well, that was a week ago and 2 delivery dates later, I wasn't about to give them a third chance. This company has more excuses! Please DO NOT order from this company, especially if you have a condition that your life depends on your medication like my husband who has had a kidney transplant!
