Living in Lake Mary, I found this salon - I had my very long hair highlighted. She did NOT listen to my instructions and barely highlighted my hair and charged me $90 - that is outrageous - in total I paid $115 plus a $20 tip. When it dried, it was obvious - there was hardly any blonde - so, she put "toner" in my hair and when she washed it, she kept rubbing my long hair together and nearly dreadlocked it with so many knots - it took me 1 hour and 40 minutes with two bottles of some leave in conditioner to comb it out - another beautician attempted to assist. I called the manager, who ignored my message - I went in and was "snubbed" - they said they wouldn't do anything to make amends for ruining my hair (measuring almost two feet in length) and it smells like ammonia. This is NOT customer service, and they do NOT have the right to charge outrageous prices to ruin a customers hair. I will be filing appropriate complaints with the city, county and State and if rectification is not made - I will file a lawsuit against the establishment. Angel
