This place knew my family member did not have insurance. Zero assistance in offering discount code for vaccine. Called to request credit back for goodRX code and was denied. Overcharged by $150 due to corporate greed. Zero stars.

The two Pharmacist working there are awesome. One of my favorite CVS is to go to. They are very professional and caring and go above and beyond to help. She called the customer service line for me to help me with my coupon and she was on hold for one hour, I appreciate them taking the time to help.
It’s a very busy location in Lake Mary and I understand how much work they have to do but they still take the time to help

These people are a joke!! I got hung up on multiple times, and they refused to fill any of my prescriptions even though I’ve been getting the same prescriptions for 10 years!! Do NOT go to this pharmacy. The “fill in” pharmacist that was there on 2/21/2024 was unprofessional and mean. I asked the pharmacy tech a question and he hung up on me on purpose. BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE AND STAY AWAY!!

The pharmacist and his assistant have horrible customer service. As I was walking towards the counter to pick up a prescription it was literally 7:59pm, I hear him clearly talking across the counter to a customer down the aisle and ask if she was picking up tonight bc he was getting ready to close, he walked away and as I walked up seconds after, his assistant saw me and pulled the gate down right at my face. I explained that I literally heard them ask for last call on pick up and the fact that she saw me , turned her back on me, and than presumed to talk to me that their closed clearly stated she felt guilty for doing that, when I asked the gentleman that was back there he said sorry we’re closed , again after I told him I just heard him say last call. It was disrespectful and very unprofessional for them to shut the gate right at my face when she clearly saw me coming up. Lady in the back needs to get another job. Customer service is definitely not up her alley.

Very unprofessional. One of the pharmacy techs (Dylan W) kept repeating out loud ( very loudly) the medication that I was picking up. While sometimes it is good to verify with the customer discreetly what medication they are picking up it , I think it's absolutely unprofessional , disrespectful and unsafe to repeatedly call the name of the medication especially after revealing the customer personally identifiers. Do the other customers (possible friends or neighbors) need to know I have diabetes or vaginal infection or some other disorder that is sensitive?! They really need to work on this.

Never will I ever set foot again in the CVS on rinehart rd.The only reason I am giving one star is because Chris, the Pharmacist was helpful and professional. The other Pharmacist, Alla is the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever come across. She is judgemental if you are picking up a prescription for something she doesn't approve of and goes out of her way to be combative. She yelled at me across the pharmacy in front of several customers in line bitterly screaming that my husband was rude to her. She then said she will no longer fill any prescriptions for my husband. I told her not to worry because we won't ever go back there again and I also asked her if I could pay for the rest of the prescription. Well my husband had 3 weeks left on the prescription and she only gave me two weeks, so now I'm stuck going back there again. This woman is extremely hateful, and has no business dealing with people who need medication. So , yes, CVS, you have lost yet another customer.

I have been going to the CVS Pharmacy in Lake Mary in the Target for many years. They have consistently provided excellent service. The friendly employees are helpful and work hard to provide good service. All that being said, I don't like the constant reminders to pick up prescriptions, so I turned off notifications.

My husband went in to get me some nyquil he's 55 and the girl at the counter carded him. He had to walk back to the car to get it. Very rude I can understand if it was Sudafed or whatever these kids use but nyquil! Bit of a power tripUncalled for

The Pharmacy Tech named Alah or what ever her name is was very rude. I asked for my coupon for goodrx to be used and she talked to be with a really bad attitude in front of my kid. Wanted me to get out of the line and come inside because there was people behind me even tho it was my turn and there’s a drive thru for a reason. I was so frustrated, I had just left the hospital and I was feeling really sick and she was threatening saying she was going to send my prescription to another cvs. I don’t understand how people that work in health care field could be so rude to a patient. She is definitely in the wrong field!

The front check out team member at this store was extremely helpful. I was having an issue with the self checkout not accepting my telephone number for my ExtraCare card. She helped me at the main register instead. Patient, friendly and great customer service. Thank you!
