Past my roof claim off to a another company an Short changed the cost an leaks repairs we have been with Allstate 30 years ,if not we will need to cancel policy.

Would not recommend. Communication and follow-up were lacking and made doing business very stressful. I was facing a deadline for getting insurance and was given excuses like they were short staffed or out sick, but it was always after the fact of not hearing from them. I didn't feel important to them as a customer. Felt like I was bothering them.
