Old ladies yes the Cashiers are rude and want to talk to you as if they raised you. They forget we are customers and they are there to scan and take payment not give customers lip and orders very sad but praying for self check outs at dollar tree I’m taking my snack shopping elsewhere and very dirty store floors unsafe to walk food products on a cart that says bleach only smh I left in mid check out gross place from face to body

I don't know about the store or anything else, but 10 stars for manager Kylee (Hope I said correctly her name). She did me a huge favor, showed empathy and understanding and thanks to her I was able to park my truck and attend Easter service in a nearby church.
Very nice and understanding person, and very rare these days ?❤️

The older lady that works there is very rude and unpleasant! Highly recommend you guys get more employees as she is too unpleasant to be your only employee. You offer the service of cash back but was told quite rudely by her I NEED to ask her before I select that option. It almost feels like a race issue as I have never had a pleasant exchange with her.

It was a mess in there and stuff everywhere. There was only one line running and they kept telling me my card didn't work but I knew it did.

I love going to dollar tree but today was a rough day. I like going there for snacks, but it was empty and I couldn't get anything. I found something similar to what I normally get so I bought it. When I entered my car, the snack smelled so bad. Turns out, it was 2 years old. I returned to the dollar tree and asked the lady ringing me up (big, old, and white) for a refund and if not a refund, then to please check the back for something similar. This lady rolled her eyes at me and said that everything in the back was already in stock. I have never had a problem with the employees there but this lady was just being sassy towards me. This rating isn't for just dollar tree, but for the lady who rung me up.

Dirty, messy, rude cashier, short on employees only one register open. Empty shelves, boxes blocking the isles. One of the lowest performing Dollar Tree Stores out there.

They should take away the name Dollar Tree and give it One Dollar Twenty Five, the place is very neglected, very different from before and it takes an eternity to pay, just one box to pay.

Store #6626 is dirty every time I visit. I have visited this store multiple times and every time it is the same. Floors need to be mopped. The selections are good that is why I go and because it is near my job in Lake Mary. I made a comment to one of the employees that after visiting several other stores, this store is by far the dirtiest that I've encountered. Surprisingly to me since it is in the Lake Mary area - high tax district.

This is the worst Dollar tree I've encountered its always empty, dirty and always lacking methods of payment. I don't know if management cares but doesn't seem like it. ?
