I was warned…I didn’t listen. In April I rented a unit for approximately $80 a month. In June the rate went up to $137. One month later, in July, they raised the rate to $157 a month. In less than 4 month my rate was about doubled. When I called and asked about it, they informed me the rate depends on how many units they have available. Lucky for everyone else, I emptied my unit immediately, so there are more available units to keep the cost down for everyone.
I would recommend getting storage at another location, ANY other location.

The staff is wonderful! The place is very neat and tidy. The issue was the CONSTANT INCREASE of rent. You offer a great price to move in, but BEWARE once you’re in!

ESS is a very clean property and the staff is great at answering your questions.
They'll send you multiple text to get a review. Even 2 within 24 hours, but texts aren't the end of the world lol
Jason came off as extremely honest and transparent.
I really felt like he treated me like he would have wanted to be treated.
He made the pricing and the service very clear.

I liked that the units had lights, and that I wouldn't be locked in by closing time. I could get out whenever. I got out way past access time. And when I left my unit unlocked they called me.
