The atmosphere felt very positive and welcoming and I immediately noticed new faces throughout the office. I was especially pleasantly surprised to see Sylvia back. To be honest, I had been seriously considering leaving this practice and finding a new primary care provider due to my previous experiences with the staff. However, I no longer feel the need to make that change. From the front desk staff to the nurse practitioner, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating. The improvement in the overall experience is very noticeable. “I had my first appointment with this office today after years of avoiding going to a primary doctor due to my anxiety and overall avoidance. A friend of mine recommended here and I want to say that I had a wonderful experience with this office. Dr. Rocker and his staff (especially the kind assistant who took my blood today) were so kind and receptive. I never felt judged for being anxious or waiting so long to check in for my health. They were also proactive in asking how I was with getting blood drawn and I felt (as comfortable as one can be when they are anxious) and honestly it was my best experience with getting blood drawn. I highly recommend them for anyone who might be struggling to find a doctor for any reasons similar to mine or looking to find a doctor at all. Thank you all so much for making me feel welcomed and cared for! :)”
