This is one of the worst tan GNC’s in my area. You can never find anyone who opens the store on time. Good luck if you need anything on Sundays the person opening the store will show up 15-20 minutes late every Sunday. I’ve been going here for years and this has always been an issue I figured management would have fixed this issue by now and hired more professional people.

Went here the other day because they were the only store in this area to have the lean shakes available for pickup. GNC made a mistake and sold them for dirt cheap and I love it! 50% off of 50%! There was a beautiful girl there with red hair too and she looked like a movie star. Thanks guys I hope to buy again at that same price.

I regularly pick up my supplements at GNC each month and happened to be in Lake Mary and figured I'd pop in to grab some PWO. I happen to be walking in behind another customer who was kindly greeted by the GNC staff member and as I walked through I immediately get ignored. I browse around for a few minutes, while the GNC staff member gives her full attention to the lady who looks like shes going to spend some money. Meanwhile I get 0 acknowledgement for the 10 min I'm in there. I'll stick to my preferred location (Altamonte Springs) where customer service acknowledges everyone and doesn't profile their customers.

I wasn't going to leave this review but after seeing that this may have happened to several people I felt the need to leave it. I walk into this store yesterday knowing what I already wanted. I was approached by the sales person (lucky for them I'm not going to mention their name) who was very pushy, even though I told them I knew exactly what I wanted. I get what I came in for and at the register this sales person says to me, we are going to go ahead and "UPDATE" your account. Then proceeded to ask if this was my email, phone number, address,ect. My purchase should have been right around $46. Then as I'm leaving tells me to go ahead and grab one of the boxes that were at the register. I open the box to find some very expensive product samples. I get home later on and find that I was charged $86 for a $46 purchase. As it turns out this pushy sales person decided for me (yes, decided for me. Didn't ask me) that they were going to "UPGRADE" my account, not update, and charge me for it. This is unacceptable. You don't tell someone that they are just going to buy something, add it the the bill and charge them for something they didn't want or need. The reason I'm giving it 2 stats instead of 1 is because every other sales person I've dealt with has been great and very helpful. But this certain sales person, I will never deal with again. GNC should not allow this kind of shuff to go on in their stores.

Closed early, they were kinda rude about it too. Got there at 7:55 and they wouldn’t open. Unfortunate.

Store hours online say it closes at 9pm. I show up at 8:37 and the store is closed down. Follow your hours or update your information to reflect your actual close time

Products have not been stocked up to par since covid, but I love the slow digesting protein powder (GNC Brand) and the gal at the store today really knows nutrition as well as how it connects with fitness...

It was a good experience. The POS system is like archaic and broke down, so I had to wait a while to cash out, but the associate there was very personable and made the wait less awkward by engaging in conversation while the system rebooted

The girl was not friendly!! I was not acknowledged when I came in... she simply continued talking to what looked like another employee. I started browsing the store and still nobody approached me.. Finally I picked a pre workout and walked up to the counter, where the girl asked me to wait one moment while she finished a text message before cashing me out! First time at this location and I will not be returning...... Terrible customer service and was no help!!!!
