Worst haircut I’ve ever had. Zero stylist skills and looks nothing like the physical pictures I showed before the cut. Do not recommend Donna for haircut or color.

I have got the service done by Kelly as my husband just knows her before I trusted her blindly in girls hairstyle work. She was very sweet at the time of the styling and this is the output she has done for what I have asked for. She claims this to be the exact expectation but this is not even close to 40%.& tried to convince me & I had to pay freaking 160$ for nothing & once back home I immediately reached back to her and she said it needs atleast couple of weeks to retouch and with my newborn baby I have really reached back late and there her true colors come out, blames me for her fault,super mad & still claims her work is great and says they would charge 300$ for this work outside instead of trying to fix it lol, I really regret for going to her. Not worth it for the money & for the years of exp she had .160$ is no less for a hair style. I hope she realises that this was not what I expected.

my hair stylist is Kelly. she colors my hair and cuts it too. Does a great job. She is very professional yet easy to talk too. I am very happy with her services.

I very rarely give out 5 starts, and continue to return to a business time and time again, unless service and products are top notch! I have been getting my haircut at Headquarters for over 35 years as Donna's Mother, Ms. Elaine, is who started cutting my hair there in Lake Mary while Donna was still is school. Over the years my hair has been cut by Donna, Lacey, & Gina, depending on who is available at the time. They are very accommodating that way. Before I retired, I traveled just about every week and these ladies bent over backwards to keep me from looking shaggy by staying late, Coming in on days off, and just providing incredible customer service. I'm now proud to call everyone there my friends. Great locally owned and operated business. The type we should all go out of our way to shop at. Use locally owned businesses as your first, last, and only, option. Keep our locally owned and operated businesses thriving! Thanks to Donna and the Team! Larry Miller

I went to Wendy the nail tech. She is amazing with her quality, skill, and knowledge of nails. She enjoys and can duplicate pretty much any nail design. A true professional at her cosmetology profession!

Cute little salon with creative use of waiting area. There are actual ??????????? oversized chairs, but their placement of the seating was what set them apart. Directly behind each stylist was a full row of chairs. For those of us with shy teenagers, this is perfect! I was able to be comfortable, not having to stand and crowd the stylist, or awkwardly sit in a neighboring chair waiting to be kicked off.We had Amy Calhoun. She was caring and friendly. She didn’t rush through the consultation, took her time with the cut, and kept checking with my daughter to see what she thought. She offered to try one length and go back to cut additional layers without having that “really?!” attitude you sometimes get. She took out appointment with short notice when she got a sudden cancellation. We’ll be back. My daughter loves her hair!
