Went to see H. Daniels, wish this person was professional and was efficient. He didn’t even bother to tell us that he couldn’t file electronically. Worst part was that he misquoted the price. He was so loud with all personal information, along with not entering the correct information. Total time waste and money! Unethical and unprofessional!!
Please use different services or someone else in H & R block. This man is bringing down the reputation of the organization.
This guy has a long way to go to service you and I wouldn’t trust him filing anyone’s taxes.

Keep getting the run around with this office,Casselberry and Longwood Office. Long wood messed up my 2022 taxes and blamed me for it. Lake Mary agreed to fix it and refund my money said they would and now I am getting the run around again. Different people keep calling and no one will fix the issue. How about it H and R block, what did I pay you for. Dont do your taxes here. They dont honor their peace of mind guarantee !!!!!
