Very unethical in their business practice and billing. Was lied to about billing and they will charge you so much more than any other company. Customer service is poor and the resolution department will lie to you and change their story multiple times.

Tara, an agent there, flat out lied to us and left us uninsured for the first month of hurricane season. Her lie not only left us uninsured for that first month of hurricane season, but now our escrow is completely messed up leaving us paying an extra $250 a month. $250 a month is a huge hit for a disabled vet on disability!!!

I am not a frequent review writer, but I have had such a poor experience with Comparion that I feel compelled to caution others about the poor customer service I’ve received with this agency. They obtained a homeowners policy for us a year ago through one of their affiliate companies, Orchid. We have since replaced the roof and made updates and asked Comparion to have the policy re-quoted to see if the premium may have changed with the updates to the home. Our agent we worked with had apparently left Comparion, so I spoke several times to a different agent who never followed up, never re-quoted us a policy, and stopped returning my calls and emails. After weeks of non-response, I was told by a person answering their phone that I have to speak directly with Orchid, the company that Comparion used to quote and insure us a year ago. I had never had to deal directly with Orchid before, when the policy was quoted and put into place. Comparion told me they don’t have an agent assigned to us and that they could not see our policy in their system, even though they had obtained the policy for us and emailed us the policy last year and dealt with our mortgage holder to set up escrow payments, etc. After three attempts and a total of over 2 hours on hold, I finally reached someone at Orchid, only to find out that they no longer have an affiliate relationship with Comparion and that our policy is scheduled for NON-renewal in one week. We had not received a notice of this. Comparion dropped the ball and also missed out on an opportunity to re-quote our policy with affiliates other than Orchid. I would caution anyone before considering doing business with Comparion. The time, effort and frustration in trying to get all this resolved have been unacceptable. We have since found another insurance agency and have had to scramble to get a new homeowners policy in place before the policy Comparion obtained for us lapses in one week. This is a very poor business partner.

Liberty Mutual has implemented social grading. This is an afront to our "liberty" and this socialist "NWO" organization and all of it's affiliates must be de-funded!
