Awful experience, visited this location for the first time and encountered a staff member who clearly isn’t meant to work in customer facing positions. He was so hung up on the fact that my sticker was inside my vehicle. Mind you, a previous location put it there because of the UV layer on my windshield and the gate automatically goes up with this placement. I explained this to him, but he insisted on wanting to move it. He acted like I put it there! He let me through, got my care wash but then come to realized he cancelled my membership without my authorization! I was shocked! Contacted corporate got in touch with the manager of Lake Mary, explained everything but insisted on this being the policy that’s it’s okay to cancel memberships. Leaving the membership cancelled this was crazy!
Also, had many people cancel because of this interaction.

I will never go here again. Especially for one of their higher priced washes. I just visited this location and paid $50 to surprise my wife with a detailed car and it wasn’t anywhere close to worth the value. I had to ask them to put shine on the tires. They “forgot”. My wheels were still filthy and I had to redo them when I got home. They did a terrible job vacuuming the car and I had to ask them to clean out the cup holders and wipe the dash again because they “forgot”. On top of that, the kids in the bay at the end were cussing and talking about politics. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

I have been a customer since this location was Top Dog 18 years ago. I just purchased a new vehicle and didn’t want to put the sticker on my window which never works anyway, someone always has to come over to scan the sticker manually. I went yesterday to get a car wash and a rude young worker tried to put the sticker on my window. When I told her I didn’t want the sticker on my window she still proceeded to put it on. When I told her I didn’t want it she told me she would have to cancel my account and wouldn’t give me my sticker back. I told her to go ahead and then spoke with a young manager. I canceled all THREE of my accounts just because they insisted that I have the sticker on my window. Mister needs to educate their staff on customer service at best according to their mediocre reviews. There is a new car wash on 434 close to Ronald Reagan that I will now be using as their technology is superior to Mister. They scan your license plate vs ugly stickers that don’t work. Sorry I won’t be a driving advertisement for Mister. Not even sure how this location is still in business and why people continue to go there.

Staff was very friendly. But the wash was expensive, and the time through the machine was extremely short. Not enough to fully clean the car.

Hard to find a place that cleans inside and out. This wash did a great job on both at a reasonable price. My car looked like new again!

They took me late in the day very close to closing time for an interior & exterior cleaning and I’m so grateful for this as I know some businesses might turn people away for service at a certain cutoff before closing time. This place will accept you up until their business hours have fully ended. The associate helping me was very pleasant and helpful.

I recently visited Mister Car Wash and had a mixed experience. Despite having various branches all over, I had to drive 30 minutes to find one that did interior cleaning, even though their website claims all branches in Orlando offer this service. On the positive side, the wait time for the wash and clean was short, and my car looked and smelled pretty clean afterward. The lounge area provided for waiting was a nice touch. While the service itself was good, the inconvenience of finding a location was disappointing.

First time I come to this location I laid $49.94 and it’s not worthy car is not clean enough I have to go to another location where I can vacuum my car inside cause still dirty so don’t loose your money. Is my first and last time here. Sorry but I have to tell you
