Waited a long time forMy appt. Sat I’m waiting room for an hour and finally went up desk to ask if I should reschedule and she said yes the machine is down. Never apologized. Had to wait a month for another appointment. They keep you waiting so long, not enough chair in waiting area

horrible experiencetook 8 weeks to get an appointmentthey called 1 hour before appointment saying pre approval with insurance was not done.finally got MRI and they failed to send it to my doctorplace is out of control, nobody answers any phone, you have to go in person to get anything done

Mean Girls Mammogram! Checking in, they asked me about my husband’s retirement. At a mammogram? I balked and I asked who needed to know. She said Medicare, which I know is a lie. Then she just stared at me. I guess she passed my non passive noncompliance along because the xray technician was very very rough and caused pain, I’m sure intentionally. At 67, I’ve had plenty of mammograms, none of which were anything except a little uncomfortable. Incredibly poor customer service.

I went to this location for my mammogram. Upon entry, right away I was greeted by Kareem. He was calm and patient and put me at ease almost immediately. The office was beautiful and serene. My tech was Krystle and she too was wonderful. The changing area and lockers were great. As she was doing each stage of the mammogram she explained as she went which I found informative and friendly. I've had many mammograms and the techs usually seem uninterested and impersonal. She made it comfortable and as pleasant as a mammogram can be. I will definitely recommend this center to my mother and my friends. Good employees are a good asset they say so you have two great assets AND caring as well.

Don't be late. I was 12 minutes late. They turned me away. At least they helped me find another location to get my MRI done same day. How are you so booked that someone 12 minutes late needs to be rescheduled?? And the earliest was weeks away. Your office didn't look that cool, clean or sophisticated.

Had to do my annual mammogram and I’m extremely happy that I chose OH Lake Mary Imaging again. The service was amazing, the staff super friendly and the place clean & organized.This is my second year coming to this location and will be my place of choice.They give you prompt appointments and even offer Saturday appointments.

Orlando health imaging was great for my mammogram. Saturday appointment was good for me because I work. And India was a wonderful technician

Such a great place to be cared for. The staff members are always so nice and polite and caring and respectful. A very clean environment and restroom also very clean.

They took me in right away. Staff was considerate and patient. Imaging center was clean and orderly. I highly recommend this imaging center.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Scan explained in detail and completed quickly and on time. Great experience.Some staff members whose 1st language is not English can be hard to understand.

The Lake Mary imaging center location was pleasant. The facility was clean, everyone was professional and courtesy and the appointment was efficient.
