We went in interested in the Cat Adoption held today 6/1/2024. An the Lady with Blonde hair was super unprofessional. We let her know of a situation that we had with our past cat and she started shaming and being passive aggressive towards us. We left because the comments made by her were out of hand.

My dog is well groomed but they literally forgot to call me and left my dog for around an hour after he was finished. Unacceptable. I had to call them to then figure out he was all done, if not who knows how long they would've waited to "call me" again.

I go to this place to get the food for my furry ones all the time. Always find what I'm looking for. They also have a grooming service, the place is clean and neat
