I usually have a good experience but the young girl with dark curly hair and glasses is the rudest person I ever they told me one of my medicine wasn't in stock and I would have to pick it up tomorrow I said that's fine I went to pick up my other two the next thing you know she's telling me that the pill she said wasn't in stock is in stock and that it's a different one that's no longer in stock and I'd have to wait on the next thing you know. She's telling me I have to wait 2 hours cuz her person went on lunch break when she told me my stuff would be ready in an hour. I asked if I could go ahead and pay for it and come back and they said no. The next thing you know they're handing me all three of my medications that they told me they didn't have and they told me they didn't even have ibuprofen in stock then I'd have to wait on that

The young lady with curly hair and glasses is extremely rude. Very arrogant and lacks the necessary skills to be a good pharmacy technician. It seems like she doesn’t know how to read prescriptions. There is always have a problem with not getting the prescriptions, the prescriptions being wrong or calling about the prescriptions being ready, when they are not. They need to learn how to use the system or at least have the staff, especially her, take some customer service lessons.

The manager of this pharmacy of all people has done nothing but give me trouble for months. Just 2 months ago, I have been going there 9 years, I was put on hold and she got one the phone identified herself and said I have not been there long enough and this medication is for her loyal customers that I would need to refill elsewhere. Then just yesterday, my Dr had sent in an Rx was put on hold again she comes to the phone and said do you have any of the other meds left of this medication? I said yes why? She said cut them in half I will put this on hold. Who is she to question my Dr? Another time she kept me from filling a medication about 5 months ago for 5 days because she said it was too early and this was a medication I was not allowed to be off- I had to go in with bottle and say count days and pills I am 5, days overdue. Good thing I didn't have the reaction I could have had or hate to say it as horrible as she treats people she would be taken to court. She is a liability an Publix is a great place to shop I have never had issues. Funny I was getting labs drawn and heard another person speaking badly of the same pharmacy. Beware of going to this pharmacy. I have to go there today. I have opened new accts now with Walgreens so I don't get a headache and get questions thrown at me when my Dr writes me a prescription. Publix needs to investigate this before something happens because of this unprofessional person.

Terrible location. Never on time prescriptions are always late. And I’m not just speaking about one interaction, approximately 10 times I’ve used this pharmacy they have fallen short. Not filled yet or returned it’s like I have a few hour window before they return them. They say there is a 14 day wait before they return the prescriptions but that is bogus. I have been there 4 times in three days and it’s never ready and then when I come back “it’s returned”. Never coming back. When I ask for a manager “she’s on lunch” and has no email or number for contact.

This is our go-to Publix. The staff are always courteous and nice. The customer service is top notch. The only suggestion is during the holiday season to match what is in your weekly ad to what you sell in your store.

Lack of professionalism at the pharmacy. The two female pharmacists working on 03/16/2022 around 3:45 PM were the worst employees at Publix I've ever spoke with, I've never had any issues with any other Publix. They don't like interacting with customers, which is why I guess they though they would just hung up on me multiple times, not answer any of my calls, and kept transferring me to customer service. Sue in CS confirmed and said that they didn't want to talk to me which is why they weren't answering my calls. Seriously??? Immature, incompetent, and lack of customer service skills.... Oh and don't expect this pharmacy to help you if you need a refill for a Rx for medical purposes, they don't care if you need it and wont tell you if they have it, they will tell you just "drive around to different pharmacies" because they don't want to help you.... Highly do not recommend this pharmacy.

I just had a very negative and disappointing experience when I took my 5 year old for his covid vaccine. We went to the Publix on Weldon blvd, making the appointments online was very easy, we did not have to wait long, and most employees we interacted with were very kind; however, the woman who administered my son’s vaccine was very cold, unpleasant, impatient, and honestly just rude. My son was nervous (he’s five and shots can be scary) he was quietly crying while sitting on my lap and it was clear immediately that this employee had no patience for him. The first thing out of her mouth was “you need to bear hold him because I don’t want a needle p****** so I hold his little arms down but he still managed to flinch when the needle went in. As he flinched she sternly said “don’t move” and rolled her eyes. She immediately retreated back through the pharmacy door and no one else addressed us in regards to follow up care or anything at all. I implore you not to allow callous and impatient staff to administer vaccines to anyone, but especially not to young children. It’s not only that this employee was impetuous, but she was also incredibly unprofessional. Unlike when I received my vaccine by an actual medical professional, my child was not monitored for a reaction, nor was there any mention of a second dose and when to schedule that for. I would obviously never consider bringing him back to be re-traumatized by her or anyone that would deem her competent to perform such a task, and I would hate for any other parent, child or frankly any person to be treated this way by such a careless and unsympathetic employee. Do better.

i was there in line just trying to get a pub sub , as i should since they're delicious , and i noticed a woman being a bit rude behind the counter to the employees , not even treating them with basic respect . her name i believe was Missy , she was a manger of some sort , not sure if store manger or deli or whatever , but i previously was employed by publix customer service department and never was spoken to in this manner . shes lucky that the employees seemed totally not phased , otherwise she would of had to hear what i had to say & i would've been banned from the store without a doubt . but considering the employees made it look like the way she treated them was normal is the reason I'm writing this . i am a repeat customer very often as i live close by I'm always there with my 1 yr old daughter & i don't see this manager often at all so i was confused on to who she even was . publix needs to work on their higher ups having respect for their lowers , open your eyes , you aren't a manager or high up if you don't have any lowers or employees to keep your store running and functioning doing the s*** work you don't want to . if i see this woman disrespecting ANY of the employees again , i will end up being banned from the store saying the things her coworkers wish they could say ! sub was awesome though ! & the deli team is amazing other than the one corrupt manager (:

Deli is loaded with people. They have a “now serving” ticket, but don’t use it. Soooo you have to wait around figuring out who is next and not be able to shop around while waiting. 15 min if you life you’ll never get back. Could have done half my shopping during the wait.

The prices here are astronomical. What I dislike is how jacked up they become for 'sale' and 'BOGO' items. Watch sale offers closely!

I have always loved Publix. I love the customer service with a smile. The pharmacy employees are fast with getting back to me, consistently making sure I know when my script is ready. Love that produce is transported in refrigerated trucks. The food lasts much longer than other grocers and is better quality. After I moved here a couple years ago, I have gone to this Publix. I get pub subs all the time. The woman who makes the best sandwiches, will do whatever request with ease and a smile, and ALWAYS is kind and patient is Marigul. She is a great asset to your company. She is what Publix stands for.
