Was at checkout today and had Karen take care of us which I think is funny anyway. I had about 90 dollars worth of food. No one was there to bag the groceries so I started bagging with the bags I brought and when I was done Karen very sarcastically commented “Thanks for doing my job for me” also she made a snide comment to my girlfriend about putting all the items in one bag because “ I know you don’t like plastic bags” I will not be going to that Publix anymore.

God forbid you scan items to create a shopping list. You'll have employees following you and questioning you. I felt harassed. I was doing a project for a friend and she was using the info for a huge event she was planning so I was scanning items she needed..anyways I barely got 5 items scanned before I had staff following me and eventually questioning me. Like really is it that damn much of a problem..so I didn't get to finish and well let's just say she didn't make the huge purchase for the event at this Publix because of it she went somewhere else. Their loss really

Had the worst experience at this Publix today. I had absolutely no option but to take my 13month old baby grocery shopping with me. I was in line and I noticed one of my items didn’t ring up bogo. I proceeded to show the cashier on my app the promo and and date under it. She was in the process of manually applying the discount and the older Indian guy that was bagging my items proceeded to tell her to wait while he checks the aisle. I’m getting annoyed because my baby is getting agitated and the weather is getting bad. After about 5min he comes back with the sale sign basically showing that I had the right items but the wrong size. I’m annoyed at this point because at bare minimal he could’ve came back with the same items but in the correct size for the promotion. I had to wait an additional 5min for him to walk back with the correct size. After 10minutes I finally get outside and it is now pouring down raining and I have a baby in a car seat and basket full of groceries and no umbrella! After attempting to wait the rain out I decided to make a run for my car and my bag that he overfilled end up breaking causing all my items to fall in the street. At this point I just leave it and put my crying wet baby in the car. I’ve never been so annoyed and hassled for a bogo deal in my life. Me and my baby got soaking wet over a $2 difference on a Pillsbury biscuit that the Indian guy insisted on validating although my app showed it. I will drive the extra 5min to got to the further publix next time I have to shop with my baby. I also caught him grabbing under my baby’s car seat and he pulled out a 95cent can of tomato paste that rolled on the other side of my baby’s car seat. I spent $70 on groceries today, I wasn’t trying to steal a 95cent can of tomato paste for him to invade my baby’s space.

This is my Publix to go! The pharmacy knows me , the delicatessen has the best soups and chicken tenders, look for the rack on sale, as well specials, there is always someone helping at the self checkout lane.

Always clean which is what you need on a grocery store. Fresh produce everyday. Meat is usually very good. Prices are typically higher than most grocery stores but they have a lot of BOGO that makes up for it. Be patient and wait for the BOGO offers then stock up. They usually repeat in 4 weeks. When lines form at the registers, they usually open more very quickly.

Slow time when getting groceries, and we went to check out. A gentleman in front of us had... a few things. So the employee at the check out suggested we go to customer service for faster service. We did. That guy checked us out, very efficient! We had a discrepancy about an item. Knowing this could be an issue, we took a picture prior, just in case. We showed the employee the evidence. He took care of the situation with ease. Thank you Plublix! We appreciate the quick service!
