I have a medical condition and I have a service animal in the past. I have been treated unfairly and very rudely I was traveling and even though not that far from home, I was still away from home and had to go into the store to get some items, I was approached by a manager, and this was a service dog, and I quickly offered my resource information card, which they did not want to take, but I understand, however, they did not make me feel embarrassed or ashamed or intimidated when approached. They just asked the simple question and let me go on to do my shopping and assisted me with my items. This is why I choose to go to Publix especially when I’m traveling because it doesn’t matter what Publix you go to You get quality customer service and you get treated with respect. I appreciate Publix for making me feel somewhat normal.!

Service was great. I usually don't like to leave a negative review but this time we were so hungry and decided to buy chicken potato wages and onion rings and the chicken was warm, the potatoes and onion rings were old and cold. ?♀️

I was buying $50 worth of lunch and I asked Mia for a couple of forks, the dispenser was out of forks. She blew me off and said to ask the deli. I went to the service desk and told a manager what happened, she said it was Mia’s 2nd day, checked the dispenser confirming my statement that it was empty and asked the busy deli staff to get me 2 forks. I put down my lunch and walked out of the store. What happened to “ Where shopping is a pleasure"? Would it have killed Mia or the manager to just grab a couple of forks?

Very poor in comparison to the publix at Heathrow or Longwood Hills. Service is incredibly slow at the deli counters. A lady beside me had called in an order for pick up at 12. She got there at 12.10pm and they told her it had not been done and she would have to come back in 35 minutes! When I got home I called to place an order for pick up at 6.45pm. The lady taking my order, Terri, told me, in her very southern drawl, that she couldn't understand me because my "accent was so thick." I am Irish so English is my first language. I cannot imagine saying something so rude to someone in my working capacity. This store clearly needs some serious customer service training.
