I arrived 2 minutes early from my appointment. I pushed the link they sent me to check in on my phone. I sit around in there till 7:30. Nobody acknowledged my presence. So I go to check in on the the kiosk in their office and it tells me I'm and did I have to reschedule. The one employee I spoke to was not helpful. Obviously Quest made a mistake. Despite all the technology they still messed it up. I guess I'll try again tomorrow. I feel like I'm jerked around.Returned today in afternoon Everything was perfect this time. Afternoon is better.

Today I had to make a last minute trip here as a walk-in, it was very busy first thing in the morning but the team there was handling everything very well. Despite having a difficult encounter with an irate patient everyone was polite and professional when explaining the rules to her. I was taken back at a decent time for being a walk-in and my interaction with the woman who works in the last room on the left was phenomenal. I struggle with medical related PSTD, but she helped me more comfortable by being very personable and making me feel like I was interacting with a friend I've known my whole life. I'm sad that I didn't catch her name but my family knew exactly who I was talking about when I told them! Thank you again for such a wonderful experience; I hope she is the one performing my blood draw the next time I need to go ?

Over a year ago I had a doctor send an order for bloodwork to Quest. I never went to Quest to get blood drawn for that doctor's request because I ended up without insurance. This week, I went over to get bloodwork done from a new doctor. Unfortunately the doctor didn't send the order electronically so I had to go home and get the paper. My fault completely. So I brought the paper in and the lady at the front desk took it and asked me about my insurance. I left thinking all was well. This morning I get notification from my old doctor's office that the test results were in. THESE IDJITS SENT THE INFORMATION TO THE WRONG DOCTOR. I wonder if they even did the tests that my current doctor wanted since they apparently COMPLETELY ignored the hard-copy order that I brought in. How COMPLETELY incompetent can you be? I wonder if the results are even accurate now.Not to mention you can't even call to speak to the folks in the office. Every option on their phone farm leads to a recorded message. If you want to talk to a human you have to call some generic "customer service" call center and talk to someone that's not even familiar with the situation. IMO that's customer DISservice.I sure hope my new doctor let's me go to LabCorp to get my next bloodwork done. Maybe they can handle simple clerical procedures effectively since Quest apparently can't.And a couple of hours later the Quest office that I went to calls me back. The lady said I'd have to come in and get my bloodwork redone. FOR THEIR MISTAKE???? I don't know how much free time they have in their schedule but I work and don't have time in my schedule to come in for another appointment to fix THEIR mistake. I surely hope I can go to LabCorp in the future but if the doctor requires Quest I'll most certainly go to another office where they hopefully have a better grasp of keeping simple clerical procedures straight.

This was by far the most seamless appointment I’ve had. Service was quick, professional, and efficient. Thanks Jaime for your great patient service!

Poorly managed office. Walk-ins are not welcome. Unless you have an appointment don't go to this office.

Jamie was incredibly kind and made my benefits screening an easy process by distracting me with small talk. Thanks Jamie!

Jamie went over and beyond. I am very thankful as my last trip to Quest was not so pleasant. I was listening as she and the rest of the staff spoke to other patients and they all seem to have genuine empathy for their patients. Thank you for that!

Only because I can't leave anything lower. This company needs a restructuring to focus on patients/clients/customers. Horrible. Go someplace else.

they waited until i was there in the chair to tell me they didn’t receive the request for bloodwork from my doctor, after fasting and taking time off work to be there and scheduling my appointment weeks in advance. i had no option but to leave since my dr office wasn’t open yet to send it over. and there is no way to get these people on the phone to make sure they have your information which i tried to do beforehand!

I promised I’d leave a review, and Jamie “in room 3” and was awesome! She had a sunny disposition, explained my copay for the labs and made sure I wasn’t too nervous to get my blood drawn. She was gentle when drawing blood and kept the entire conversation light throughout. She was fast and efficient and I appreciate her work. Thanks again Jamie! ???
