I've never had a problem. Very fast and now allow walk-ins again.

Awful, I do not recommend to anyone. Stay far, far away. My phlebotomist was very nice but that is where the positive review ends. Check in was a hands off disaster. Witnessed a patient having to flag down someone's attention at reception when her name was in the system incorrectly. The person who came over to the window to "help" her said, "well when they call the wrong name you can get up and let them know so they'll correct it." Um, what? After my blood draw, I ended up passing out (blood pressure drop/glucose drop, we'll never know because no one had the ability or urge to find out). My phlebotomist called for help from her coworkers and no one responded. In fact, a couple of them were extremely rude to her when she was trying to help me. She was the only one that offered any kind of assistance, everyone else ignored us or stayed far away. When my husband arrived to take me to the hospital he couldn't find anyone to tell him where I was so he just walked into the back and kept going until he found me, barely responsive, in a chair by myself. Even he was disgusted by the fact that literally no one was near us or paying any attention. I cannot be the only person that has fainted after a blood draw. How do you not have any kind of system or supportive care in place for that moment? Ended up in the hospital for a couple hours on monitors.

I give this location 2 stars only because their check-in for scheduled appointments was seamlessly fast and easy. However, the blood draw was the worst experience! A phlebotomist is trained to be accurate and gentle…clearly, mine was either not trained properly or simply didn’t care about inflecting pain. After missing the vein, then digging to align, she admitted to her mistake, withdrew, then drew from my other arm. It was extremely painful, my arm was swollen at the injection site, and throbbed for hours.

This is the worst quest I have ever been to! If I could leave zero stars I would! I would encourage corporate to fire every single one of the front desk girls they were so rude and talking about patients out loud! They stopped seeing patients and refused to see any walk ins 30 mins before they even closed! They were so rude!

The bigger hispanic lady who draws blood is DISGUSTING to say the least. She came out multiple times to scream at patients in the waiting area about the " many " appointments they had & that they'd be better off leaving. They stayed in the back & talked , while they stopped seeing patients way before closing time. They staff members refused to give me the ladys name to directly address the lady. they are unprofessional, immature & un empathetic. It is sad . Sheila is the only one who has care for others from my experience .

Worst experience at a Quest. They should not even have the “walk in” option because you will not be seen. I signed in at 7 AM on a Saturday and waited 4 hours until they closed at 11 Am and they sent walk in’s home . I was the 3rd walk in on list. Make appt or you will waste your day at Quest sitting for hours

I had a disappointing experience with this Quest Diagnostics location. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was made to wait for over an hour. To add to the frustration, they continued to accept more patients only to inform me later that their system was down. The staff displayed a lack of communication and courtesy.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. Lizzy (sp?) talks about patients in front of other patients (hello HIPPA). She is incredibly rude, condescending and not empathetic to the fact most of us visiting are in fact sick. I have witnessed Lizzy several times violating HIPPA. There’s an older women with long blond hair that I believe is the lead here- she allows Lizzy’s behavior. The last time I was there I made a comment to the lead that Lizzy was rude and she did not acknowledge my complaint. I [unfortunately] have had countless labs done over the course of the last 6 months and have made these observations over time but encountered Lizzy’s attitude twice personally- once she complained to me about other patients while drawing my blood. The second time she directed it at me, amidst me in tears of pain only trying to ask a question. Other patients watched her scold me publicly and then every single one apologized on their way out in disbelief that she would act in such a manner. There is no need to be rude to walk ins- we understand appointments are appreciated but sometimes we get same day orders from doctors and then there are no quest appointments left. I have often seen this location refer walk ins to the lake Mary clinic because they simply don’t want to take them. They literally won’t make eye contact if you’re a walk in and leave you waiting much longer IMO then needed (yes, I understand appointments take precedence but again, I’ve only had this problem at the international location).Lake Mary blvd is always busier but I will go there because they are always helpful, respectful and efficient. They went over and beyond last week helping me get my lab orders resent from my doctors office because I refuse to come back to this international location- I did not want to be embarrassed again by Lizzy.Dont expect that type of service here!

Someone like me who has needle phobia and makes it hard for the staff who need to draw the blood, I must say Sheila made it so easy and she was v v gentle , I barely felt it. Will always choose her for blood work if possible. The only reason I gave 4 star is cuz they didn’t have the kit for stool test, I have been on diet for two weeks for this test and now I have to wait another week to pick that up, as during weekdays I can’t get out of work.

I mistakenly made an appointment for a different location and only realized it when I checked in and my name did not appear on the board! I spoke with Tiffany and she was able to help me check in as a walk-in. I am so happy she was there! Tiffany was super friendly and even helped me with my insurance info. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you Tiffany!

For the first time had a really nice experience. Jessie the technician was gentle, had a light humor, made me feel very comfortable, and listenedto my blood weakness. Most importantly, in spite of being busy, he had a smile. Jessie was great.

This company is just pure evil. First they do not disclose their prices to you or provide you with estimated charges. The insurance company is on to these people that is why they reduce the bill so much or disallow charges. Quest then bills you, just hiding it enough that it's not balance billing. Go to a private lab and.self pay, it will be easier and cost less.

I was a little nervous about getting blood drawn, but Sherri (sorry if I spelled that wrong!) was wonderful and made the whole thing easy and painless, and even pleasant! I asked her if she could help me understand what the various tests my drs ordered for me were, and she explained each item very clearly and concisely. She was also able to prevent drawing extra blood by only doing the tests that both of my drs asked for once. From drawing the blood to labeling the vials, all her actions were quick, precise, and efficient. I looked away during the blood drawing, but I barely felt it and was so surprised after it was done when I looked over and saw how much there was!
