I visited the location 175 Timacuan. I was the only car in the drive thru @ 2:11 p. There was not a customer at the counter inside. I was greeted by a dark haired young man who took a 400.00 ck to cash. A jeep pulled up in the lane next to me and we both sat for 12 minutes together...he completed his business and drove away. 3 tellers were inside and a red haired girl who seemed to be in charge just kept walking past the window-the other 2 tellers were inside laughing and joking about a bag of "Nerd's" they were passing between them. When I pushed the button to see what was taking so long the same young man who initially took my check made what I would call a negative jester toward me waving his hands while he did some type of "fonzy" dance. It was very weird. Meanwhile the lady still with her back to me but passing past the window multiple times-never even acknowledged me. When she did I told her that I felt that I had waited an unusual amount of time to cash a check-from an account through this bank. She said an empty "Sorry" and I pulled away at 2:29. I want the Bank Manager to take a look at the video feed that they obviously have at this location and validate my complaint. This was one of the worst customer care situations I have ever been witnessed. I want to reiterate-there were no customers inside the bank & only the 1 additional drive thru customer until close to the time I pulled away another car had pulled up.

Just stopped in to cash a check, i do not have an account here, most banks are ripping people off about 10 bucks to cash a check. This GREEDY bank wanted to charge $68 just to chas a check written by one of their account holders. This trend by Greedy banks is another way to rip off the public.

Banks are Greedy enough without you charging outrageous fees to cash a check that is drawn on your customers account. You rip off people that have checks written to them if they choose to come into a branch and cash it. That is Thievery, if anyone steals from you its off to jail but you people do it every day. I would be ashamed to have an account there, write someone a check and have you rip them off when they come to cash it. Very Greedy, it's a wonder way people Hate banks and don't trust them.

Ashley McNutt and her team at Seacoast Bank in Lake Mary have been an exceptional resource for my legal practice. I have confidently referred clients to Seacoast for trust accounts, estate accounts, business accounts, and daily checking/savings accounts. I'm so grateful to have found such a trusted and responsive resource for myself and my clients.
