I drive 20 mins to this station because it is in a good area and zero issues so far..almost 4 years. When you get a receipt from the pumps..every time...you know they are good!

SCAM GAS STATION. Put $10 into the tank just to get our rental to the airport, the gas gauge literally did not move. Cashier told us too bad, would not help or refund.

Worst price gouging gas station in Florida.
Consistently charges 50 cent to 80 cent more per gallon than any other gas station in Florida. How they've gotten away with this for so long is amazing.
The shell automotive service repair shop rip's off it's customers, I'm a mechanic with 22 year's experience and they attempted to rip me off.
I'm reporting this place to the attorney general's office.
What this location's doing is definitely illegal.
Avoid this gas station at all cost.
The employees had no idea I'm a mechanic with over 22 year's experience before they attempted to rip me off.
Shell customer service and Shell corporate office hasn't done anything to curb the unlawful business practice at this location.
I'm leaving a report with the state attorney general's office.

I recently had some work done at Lake Mary Shell. I asked in advance for an estimate and was told they couldn't give one until it was on the rack. I knew it was about a 10-minute job once on the rack so I brought it in my car with the appropriate part and left the car. Later I get a call from Tommy saying it would be at least $150 to even put it on the rack. Had I been told this earlier, I would have done it myself or taken it somewhere else. Since the car was already there and I just wanted it fixed, I reluctantly approved this exorbitant charge. I got a call back about 15 minutes later saying the work was done. If we assume a few minutes to get the car and put it on the rack, this still equates to a shop labor rate of roughly $600/hour. $110 to $125 is typical for a non-dealer repair. What a rip-off! So I go pick the car up and expect to pay the $150 I was quoted. I'm not happy and just pay my bill with a credit card and leave. When I get home I see an additional charge was added. It was not a large amount but this was work I did not request or approve. Further, it was not even mentioned to me by Tommy. We already know their gas prices are much higher than any gas station on the other side of I-4 and that's okay. I can decide whwre I want to buy my gas and the proce per gallon is (by law) posted. BUT I didn't know what a rip-off their services are. They are trying to be a community garage. We could use a good one but Lake Mary Shell isn't it. This business will not see a dime of my money as long as Tommy works there.
