“Went to the store because the other one in Lake Mary ran out of ammunition. Was pleasantly surprised to find out that this store is almost identical to one I visited in Lake Mary. Plenty of parking outside with handicap spaces. Inside the same thing big beautiful store with lots of choices for sports equipment. Again this store had a nice selection of armament and ammunitions. Will definitely consider checking out Academy Sports in the future.”

“Really great service In this place they were more than helpful trying to find me shoes and whatever I needed unfortunately I have really wide feet and them like most places has a very limited supply of wide with shoes so I wasn't successful but I can definitely recommend the place it's very clean the staff is great everything is organized where you can find it and they have a really nice selection Just didn't work out for me”

“9.5/10Always good customer service and understanding. We bought 2 pairs of snickers here for my son and 1 pair never worn ended up just sitting in his closet. He outgrew them and I decided to try to return them for in store credit if possible. Even the time was well out return period and I didn't save a receipt so wasn't expecting anything, just a try. To my good surprise Shoe Carnival refunded me the full amount back to credit card I used to pay for.My son also needed a new pair of shoes so we ended up buying one during that visit.On my grade scale I removed 0.5 points because we would love to see more variety of wide, extra wide shoe sizes for boys.”

“This place had some great sales going on! The store seems very clean and the attendant/cashier was super helpful to us as we were looking for specific hey dudes that sadly weren't in stock at the time. We ended up getting 2 pairs though to not miss out on the sale. I loved how they immediately said hey we can order them and do free shipping to your home though. Great service. Lots of shoes and good deals. I know the mall may close so hope they end up someplace close by for future shopping.”

“First time there, guy at the counter had a microphone and was announcing the sales every few minutes between songs kind of like a DJ, which was surprisingly helpful, I ended up getting two pairs of sandals instead of one. Also I got to spin a wheel, so it really was like a carnival.”

“The staff is awesome. Went there and Nathaniel was super nice and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy just let me know he was there if I needed any help, he explained the sales and what was new. When I was ready he got my shoes help me find a few other items I needed. Nathaniel’s customer service is 10/10. Also the cash register Jose was super nice and friendly. I got my items on sale and my military discount overall a great experience.”

“I love this store all the workers there are so helpful and they always ask customers if they need help. On top of that I’ll give a shout out to the management team for helping me out with my exchange and being very understanding the whole time. Extreme shout out for not backdooring too. I’ve been to the other shoe stores in the mall and their customer service was horrible. Every time I come to this Jimmy Jazz it’s always good vibes, good music and good customer service. “I called numerous Champ stores in my area, and then came across the Altamonte location in my search, trying to track down a pair of Adifom Q shoes in my size..!I call them up, talk to a nice sounding young woman, Brianna M., whom I asked about the shoes in my size and she said yes! We have them! I kindly asked her to put them aside for me with my name as I would be in the same day to pick them up. She politely agreed and took my name down and not soon after I had driven the 40 minutes to go purchase them!Brianna knew right away who I was and retrieved them immediately so I could try them on and make my purchase! Quite the pleasant interaction throughout and would gladly return to this location even though it’s out of my way just for Brianna’s customer service!!! A+”

“Their selection of shoes at great prices is ideal. I bought 3 pairs of shoes, end of season styles, for a total of $25! As I was looking at the selection I asked an associate on the floor a question regarding the red dot prices. The lady answered my question but then walked away. The guy who rang me out was very nice. I would have selected 5 stars if it weren't for the associate on the floor. I dont shop in the store often but will make a point to stop in because their prices are lower than competitors. The store is always clean as well and very organized which I appreciate.”
