The quest for outstanding service has been deeply ingrained in the entire family as proven by their skills in serving their clients with excellence. My small business is located in Downtown Orlando but they are so wonderful, I drive past many other print shops just to reach them. Their prices are competitive, their skill is unmatched and their commitment to their father's legacy is heartwarming. A funny story is that my business partner actually used them as well when he worked in Winter Springs but I found out after the fact when chatting with them. Such a small world but not unexpected because true excellence is not easy to find in business but once you do, it is worth the effort to bypass mediocracy and patronize those are going to make it worth your efforts. “The entire process was amazing. I have dealt with three other sign companies whom all three were terrible. Then I landed on Media 1 and they were in constant communication from beginning to end. The owners are hands-on which is amazing considering the size of this company. Their facility was spotless instilling my complete confidence in how they would take care of my vehicle. The designer, Jason, did a fantastic job and was very helpful throughout the design. Oh and the install, OMG. No seams, everything level, cuts were tight, I just can't say enough. Very impressive company. Lastly, Christy was great about keeping me in the loop every step of the way. She was reachable, responsive, and even sent me in-progress pics of my vehicles which was very cool. If you don't want to waste your time, stay away from the other sign companies because you won't beat Media 1 pricing or match their quality. They set the standard.”

“I went to this store to get my passport renewed. We were immediately greeted by Alisa who is probably one of the best customer service representatives for any shipping company to date. She was so happy and you could tell she loved her job. She answered our questions and got me set up on the computer. She took my passport photo and made sure I looked great. She was patient when I had to run to Publix to get a money order and she just overall made the experience quick, easy, efficient and pleasant. When I came back I was greeted by both Thai’nek and Jessi who both were very personable! Thai’nek ended up completing my passport transaction and was very informative on where I could go to track my package. Best experience, I live in Deland and was in the area for work. I will absolutely utilize this store again!”
