“I stopped by the Lake Mary location this evening and was helped by a gentleman who went above and beyond. I arrived at the last minute with an important express drop-off, and he kindly made sure my packages were shipped out on time. Honestly, he was a lifesaver—I really needed those to go out tonight! His exceptional customer service inspired me to come here and leave this review. I’ll find out his name soon and update this, because he truly deserves a big raise and then some for his help. Thank you for the outstanding service—absolutely unbelievable! That means a lot to me you just don’t know.”

“I went to three FEDEX stores before finally finding this place. I needed to send back my AT&T modem. When I walked into the store there were three very tentive employees all eager to help me get my equip. shipped out. I told them my aggrevation with the amount of time it took me to find a FEDEX store that could help me. They apologized although, in my opinion, this is the fault of AT&T - they should tell customers that only certain locations take unboxed equipment. Anyway - I must say that this was my most fun FEDEX experience I have ever had. The team was playful with one another, which I appreciate a good team that has fun at work but still gets the job done. They were eager to help and attentive to their customer. They were all very polite - which is rare these days. Overall, I cant wait to ship something out again and I will never go to another FEDEX as long as I shall live...in Lake Mary. Please send my best wishes for a great New Year to this awesome crew.”

I shipped a large package and the front desk staff helped me save money on shipping by helping me understand which delivery method to choose. They also assisted me with printing and scanning important documents I had to ship for my taxes. In and out in less than 30 minutes.”
