I'm really disappointed with my experience at this T-Mobile location. I strongly advise against doing business with them. They lack transparency when it comes to plan offerings and sneakily add extra charges to your account without your knowledge, all just to pad their commission. The sales representative didn't hesitate to look me in the eye and tell blatant lies in response to my questions. Even the manager is in on it, as the reps consult with her first to figure out pricing information before presenting it to potential customers. It's incredibly frustrating and feels like a betrayal of trust.

Super shady, the salesman told me I'd get 150 dollar rebate if I bought a 99.00 case for my new phone. Waited literally months to get the email link and nope, didnt qualify. Straight up lie and now I'm out a rediculous amount of money for a case I could have bought in Amazon for 12 dollars.

Worst experience ever! The staff is useless and complete trash, they do not solved any of my problems but instead created more problems deleting numbers and information of my phone. They’re disrespectful and when confronted they say it’s not there fault. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Extremely incompetent staff. As a long standing t-mobile customer I brought my father (who lives abroad) to this one to get a travel temp number. Not only couldn’t they do it without waiting 24hrs , but they DELETED my fathers homes country E-Sim in the iPhone. After all that they REFUSED to give out a refundEmployee refused to give out name cause it was “his last day”This place does not represent what my experience over the years with T-mobile has been, but I am actually considering switching.

Like many, I've had issues with T-Mobile, eg; paying for equipment (the lines) that were promised to be free, etc. When I realized after the fact what had been transacted, I went to the store and there was a new manager and I expected more of the same.What I got, however, was a 180 degree turnaround. Sebastian, the new manager, is not only an excellent communicator, but a good listener. And more importantly - a straight-up guy who admitted that 'mistakes' are sometimes made and takes the time to straighten things out. By the time I left, he went over everything, and that which needed correcting was fixed.

I’m not sure who’s leaving these reviews other than perhaps the employee friends or T-Mobile itself but I have been to the store several times and every time the weight is ridiculous. Everyone is always on break and in fact, I am in the store right now and the sales girl is talking to people about everything from dogs to the best place to go in Sanford. The phone is literally ringing off the hook, and no one is answering it. Do better T-Mobile.

Come see Jacob at tmobile he's the best !!!--- UPDATEThis store lied about all the promotionsAnd credit I was going to receive. When I went back to store and they showed me paperwork I didn't sign they had a fake email associated with the paper work that was supposed to be signed. So all the free things and credits were a lie. Do not go into this store and believe anything they say. Was told I was gonna get a call back once investigated and no call back. Not corporate either so they don't care.

Sebastian at the Lake Mary office is absolutely amazing!! I never leave google reviews but he is one to shout about! Incredible service and made the entire experience actually enjoyable. The Longwood location has NOTHING on Lake Mary! I will only go to the one in Lake Mary now, you rock Sebastian!
